We are situated near the Madison/Chenango county line and among 4 homesteads we have access to over 500 acres; though only 70 are connected to this property. Fortunately less than a mile away we have “The Brookfield state lands”-Charles E Baker State Forest; offering 130 miles of equestrian trails. also suitable for hiking but cyclists need to stick to the “TT- truck trails” throughout, there’s plenty of mileage to explore within and wandering country roads for miles and miles around. We currently have open camping and depending on your preferences we can find a spot just for you. We have a substantial wood lot for the rustic folks along with plenty of flat ground for RVS. We absolutely loved staying here! We are full-time trailer-towers and have a sweet older pup. Although we booked stays at Treman as with previous years, this time required four moves in two weeks, so I looked for alternatives. Summer Dream popped up only 15 minutes from my Dad's house near the Commons. PERFECT! Tina is a lovely host - from the first conversation to our goodbyes, she made sure we were comfortable and then some. The area where our trailer sat was level, drop and go. You do need to be right next to her trailer though, as the hookups are in an enclosed box behind her trailer. The land was treed and mowed, with a cute picnic table, a fire pit, and wood available. The best part was the quiet, as cars were not frequent and nobody walks by. We were able to walk a few miles daily with no issues which was wonderful for the dog. I'm already looking forward to next year, so better beat me to it! :)

The location was perfect! We were just a short drive from Watkins Glen, Buttermilk Falls, and Taughannock. The site itself was spacious, with full hookups and plenty of room for our two doodles to play. Tina was a wonderful host—attentive and friendly, checking in each day without ever being intrusive. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely camp here again!

Nicely located to be quiet yet quick to central Ithaca and the many other attractions nearby. The Host is very helpful when needed, and there is a set of good hookups that she shares with visitors. Also nice tent sites and a fire ring. But this is basically a simple place for a couple or a small family just to unwind, kick back and enjoy time in a peaceful setting. All the while being close to the action. Perfect for what it does.

Tina’s property was a perfect spot to rest for me and my pup. It is a beautiful shady property with hammocks and a firepit. My trailer fit nicely in front of hers on the property and it the water, septic and electric made it an easy stay. She is super close to all the waterfalls, trails, parks, charming towns and wineries/breweries/ciderys too. And Tina was really lovely to talk with and generous in welcoming me. I’d love to stay again.
