Gracie is married to Jaron and they live in Glendale,AZ . Olivia and her husband Guthrie own and operate American Window Cleaning II. Our herd of alpacas once was shown successfully in the Eastern States, now mostly range on the farm, having sweet cria (babies), growing magnificent fiber and effortlessly entertaining throngs of wedding guests! Our beef herd, comprised of Black and Red Angus, Hereford and Belted Galways has fluxuated as the market and hay supplies demand. We have a vineyard of Marquette grapes that are so delicious, that we have to race the birds for them in the fall. Our land is quiet, off the beaten path, and brimming with beautiful views of mountains, hills, valleys with winding creeks. This property has seen years of agriculture as a sheep farm, dairy farm and a fence company. We are happy to share this land and our gentle creatures with you. Amazing location with panoramic views of the Vermont Green Mountain range, this property adjoins a public 9 hole golf course. Located on over 260 private and secluded acres, property also has a 2 acre pond for swimming, paddling or just relaxing. There are several miles of maintained hiking trails meandering throughout the forest, ranging from an easy walk, to hilly and somewhat challenging. Many varieties of tent locations or places to park an RV, pop up, or car. This is considered a "Primitive camp site". There is no shower, toilet or electric available at this time, but well water can be had from our residence, via a hose spigot on the side of our home. This is our 3rd year of hosting, and due to the overwhelming popularity of having an abundance of privacy, we will continue to be only hosting one party at a time. Which means you'll get the privilege of not having to share your surroundings with anyone else! Your own private camp ground! We are hoping this all works out and intend to continuously improve amenities, activities and overall experience. We are hoping to provide an exceptional value and experience that will bring back repeat campers, that we can trust and build a rapport. We are looking forward to meeting you! There will be a picnic table, two Adirondack chairs, and a firepit on site, for your convenience. Firewood will be available on site as well, for additional fee. Please note, regarding directions to the site: Some maps, directions show our address as the town of Whitehall NY. This is also correct, as we are apparently on the border of the two towns and depending on the map, it can come up as Hampton, or Whitehall. As far as I know, it's the town of Hampton, but just in case...

Stellar view and lots of privacy from this high field. Great place for a tent or camper van. We enjoyed the firepit, cute outhouse and outdoor shower. And trails to explore in the woods. Hosts were welcoming and the gift of fresh eggs was a bonus!

A beautiful well maintained campsite. Kathy and Tim were very friendly and helpful. The eggs they gave us on arrival were delicious and there was plenty of firewood for us to burn on the cold October nights. Everything was immaculate and clean, especially the out house with some luxury touches. All the extra details show how much they care about their guests camping experience. The property was fun to explore as well as visiting all the animals on the farm. Easy to explore the area from their place, loved the small town general stores and local creameries. Look forward to visiting in warmer weather.

2 nights at ADK Saddle Hill

A great, convenient, and thoughtfully laid out site. I stayed two nights while exploring the trails and really enjoyed the view over the field with their horses during the day and the stars at night were amazing. The outhouse was convenient and clean as well. I definitely plan on returning someday soon!

We loved camping on Kathy and Tim’s land! This place was beautiful, peaceful, lots of privacy, and felt like heaven! So much open sky, being surrounded by the mountains and sounds of nature. The night sky was absolutely spectacular! Perfect for those who are into astrophotography. We felt so welcomed and the amenities were super thoughtful. 100% will be back, we cannot wait!

This was a lovely camping spot with lots of space and beautiful fall views. Picnic table, fire pit with chairs, and your own porta-john. Close and easy to get to from the highway, but with no loud traffic. It's quiet at ADK Saddle Hill and highly recommended!

Evan’s place was awesome! He was super nice and accommodating. The best part has to be the view. The camp spot is in a nice grass clearing, right above a beautiful field of wild flowers. The view of the mountains is amazing, and the stars even better at night! Dark sky area for sure. His friendly dog Reggie also came and checked on us a time or two and our older lab loved running around with him. I will say it can be a bit windy (You’re in the mountains), but not a deal breaker at all, just be prepared. 10/10 recommend if your looking for peace and quiet with too notch views!

Evans land is one of a kind. Peacful, tranquil, solitude, off the beaten path yet less than 7 mins to a grocery store if needed (Shaws in Poultney). The property is very well taken care of with a huge flat area(that the dogs ran over every square inch of) for you to claim your spot! Evan messaged us to see if we needed anything and how our stay was going. The table, chairs, and insanely heavy duty fire ring were perfect creature comforts at the end of each day. The trails are well marked and made for a great day hike. The pond is cleaner than most people's pools I know and they offered many floaty things to use at your convenience. Poultney (the small town down the road) also offers shopping and great food. The visit was a dream and we will 100% be booking here again in the future, stop scrolling and book this site, you won't regret it. PS. We had 4 bars of Verizon cell service at camp

I am still not over the views at this campground and never will be 😭😍 my husband and I went on our anniversary trip this past weekend and waking up to the mountains and seeing sunset every day was beyond a dream. Sarah’s horses were so sweet and friendly too, and they even came right up to the fence when we were sitting there one day. And on another note, SHE HAS THE 👏🏻 NICEST 👏🏻 OUTHOUSE 👏🏻🤣 it has a light and is clean as a whistle 😂😂😂😂 in addition, Sarah answered our questions speedily and recommended some hiking spots in the Adirondack Mountains. We stayed at camp site #2 for reference and saw the views in the pics below 😍anybody would enjoy their time at Saddle Hill:)

Love this site and Kathy and Tim are wonderful hosts! It is super private, perfect for off leash dogs, super cute bathroom, 2 hanging sun showers perfect mid-afternoon, and the 360 view for star gazing is unbeatable. This was our 2nd visit and we are already wondering when we can go back.
