We have a small, 4 acre spot in the country, surrounded by farmland and woodland, and it adjoins hundreds of acres of state land and private property that both allow for hiking, nature walks, bird spotting, biking, and quiet. We're close to Letchworth State Park, quaint country villages, Darien Lake, and we're 40 minutes from Buffalo and Rochester. We have a large tent available, and space for RVs and campers.
We've made some small upgrades - an air mattress, new woodstove, and an outhouse. We'll be updating pictures soon. If you have questions, let us know.

The feeling of peace is about 1 mile off the road. Pulling into Apple Cove you'll see we've cleared areas for tents and small van style RVs. There is an individual fire pit for each camper, a small rock bottom creek runs through the 15 acres for a nice, relaxing view of the woods. Here on 5 acres of property, there's room for 5-7 tents and 2-3 campers. There's electricity to charge up your phone and a very clean outhouse. Enjoy a ton of berry bushes waiting to get picked and a small pond with a sitting area. Enjoy the fire pit. Just minutes from the lakes.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS: When you turn onto Ace Rd, the camp is the 3rd driveway down on the right. If you hit the dead end - you've gone way too far. Please look for the white sign that has #9520 on it (like the picture).
PLEASE NOTE: If you need electricity to your camper or trailer, you can use whatever extension chords you see on-site, but I recommend you bring your own long one. Sometimes our campers walk away with ours and we can't guarantee there will be one there when you arrive.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a hip camp! Injured my knee while I was here and the land owners were more than accommodating! The site is level and nice, the area is quiet and beautiful! Weekend Trip to McCormick Farms Base Camp
Emily’s place was awesome! It was quiet, beautifully maintained and scenic with a corn field growing across the gravel road. The lean-to was brilliant! So enjoyed sitting and gazing out at the farm. The outhouse was clean and so well laid out. Easy entrance to Letchworth Park. Truly a stellar base camp! Highly recommend!

Site #26 is beautiful and the views of the lake and the nesting bald eagle across the water will stay with us forever. There are geese that are also frequently on the site, so there was a lot of poop to deal with and the lodge on the map next to the site isn't actually functional. The basement door is permanently ajar and the alarm beeps are easy to ignore but also constant. A few small fixes would turn it into a yearly repeat for sure
