My family (7 year old daughter, husband and dog) had the most wonderful time tent camping at the Hops site on Heather and Paul's beautiful farm. It's such a special, expansive place with so many cool spots to hike to within the farm that we didn't feel like we needed to leave the property. We loved the peace and privacy of the Hops site but next time we'd like to try to Oak tree site which has stunning views. My daughter loved drinking directly from the spring behind Heather's house, and visiting the pergola near dusk. The highland cows against the backdrop of rolling hills and the beautiful slate structures look like paintings. I'd definitely recommend taking the tour of the property to orient yourself. Heather is a lovely person and a knowledgeable and engaging host.

This campground is easy to park with a convenient bathroom and showers that are fairly clean. Toilets were cleaned both mornings. The last shower stall is large enough to get clothes away from shower area. The shower heads are intelligently placed facing toward the back wall and there was plenty of hot water. The washer and dryer are reasonably priced. We were there late in the season and they were doing some work with chain saws. Perhaps in preparation for the next season. Absolutely no managerial people spoke to us and the office was closed when we arrived. We just went to our reserved site.

Did one night tent camping while passing through the area on the rainiest night haha. I didn’t meet anyone on site but Stephanie was super fast replying via messages! Tent site was level and clean with a lot of space, there was a fire grate and picnic table and the pit toilet was seriously the nicest pit toilet I’ve used (only pit toilet I’ve ever called aesthetically pleasing!). You do need to drive a 7-mile dirt road to reach the property, it was fine for my Prius (just some very minor washboarding in a few places) but if you also have a city car you’ll definitely be driving a bit slower than Google Map‘s estimate.

Just as described- a lovely spot to stay. The port-a-potty was pleasant, the sink with a hose made it easy to keep everything clean and everyone hydrated, and the fire pit and picnic table were fun additions to our afternoons and evenings. jThe spot felt special because of the river's morning fog and evening beaver. I'd recommend staying here and I'd stay here again.

Named during the pandemic, "Camp COVID Site 19" was born out of our desire to camp, as we weren't able to go camping anywhere! This camp is the back half of our property, located in the village of Tannersville. Camp is divided from our personal yard by a fence. The camp is also completely fenced in once the driveway gates are closed, allowing your pets to safely be off leash if you wish! A long stone driveway leads to camp, with a flat spot to park your skoolie, motorhome, or vehicle. There is a creek running along the entire back side of our property, outside of the fenced in area, which you can access by walking a few feet though the gates under the Camp COVID sign. We have a new bon fire pit in the center of camp, and fires are allowed as long as there is no burn ban in effect. Firewood is on site, and can be added on for $10 per night. We have 2 water hook ups and one 15 amp electric hook up on site, we just ask that you do not run an A/C unit as it will trip our main breaker. There is a dump station at North South Lake State Park and Campground only minutes away in Haines Falls. Instructions and rules are posted in the bath house which has an on demand hot water shower and a composting toilet. There is a garbage can for your convienece which is located in the shed which must be kept closed to avoid black bears visiting! There is a covered dried in area to the left of the shed. We have a half barrel charcoal grill with a flat top griddle as well as several grill grates. One of the grill grates also fits over the fire pit if you prefer fire cooking! There is an RV on site that will not be occupied during your stay, please do not enter, thank you! Come and stay and say hi!

Easy entry off a quiet well maintained country road in the town of Conesville, NY. Sitting on 5 acres you will notice the beautiful views of the Catskill Mountains. Feel free to hike the entire property. Hike down the gorge approximately 80ft to the seasonal mountain fed creek. You will find massive boulders, and various artifacts as this property was once a mining operation dating back to the early 1920s. Be mindful of partially fallen trees on the hillside along the south end. It’s a steep hike down so get your hiking poles and good boots. The north end is an easier hike. Mark Andersen, born and raised in Coxsackie and a resident in Earlton for over 25 years, takes pride in being the owner here at Earlton Hill Campground and is assisted by his daughter, Kaitlin Andersen who is the Vice President and recently Co-Owner (2023) of both the Earlton Hill Campground and the Earlton Hill Country Store. We are also very proud of our team of staff members and volunteer campers who go above and beyond to help make Earlton Hill as amazing as it is. There have been many renovations and upgrades made to the Campground to provide our campers and guests with what they deserve to feel at home. There are 276 Sites including Full Hookups, Drive-thru, Tent sites and Cabin Rentals, each provided with a picnic table and fire ring. We have a dump station on site. We have a large newly renovated Pavilion and Snack Shack. Big enough to hold many planned activities and events as well as Live Music Concerts, Weddings, Reunions, etc. Our camp store is stocked with all your needs as well as a full food menu, Fresh Pizza & Boars Head Deli. We have two playgrounds (one being brand new Spring 2024), an arcade room, a sandy beach with a swimming area and a stocked lake for fishing.
