The feeling of peace is about 1 mile off the road. Pulling into Apple Cove you'll see we've cleared areas for tents and small van style RVs. There is an individual fire pit for each camper, a small rock bottom creek runs through the 15 acres for a nice, relaxing view of the woods. The kids and I set up a swing set, and a spot by the creek to play and splash. Now, New York is a 420 friendly state. Enjoy yourself but please be respectful of others

There is a large level area with 30a or 20a electrical available for small campers or very small trailers. Also a hose is available to fill water. This is site one.
Alternatively, I have two great tent spaces (sites two and three) at the back of the property with more private areas to set up tents.
There is a (shared) campfire stone pit at the back of the property. Split firewood is available for $5.00 per armload. Campers can take this from the firewood pile.
Chestnut Ridge park is a 7 minute drive. It has great trails, including the Eternal Flame Hike, and a large fishing pond. Green lake is also nearby with fishing and a good place for paddle boarding or kayaking.
The property is .5 mi from Bills Stadium. Lake Erie and its beaches are a 15 minute drive. Frank Lloyd Wrights gray cliff property is 25 minutes away.Niagara Falls is 35 min. Downtown Buffalo is 18 min. There are walkable restaurants nearby (about .5 to 1 mi).

Once owned by a group of gentlemen who liked to come down to this rustic hunting camp and escape the hustle and bustle of the city....(and their wives..lol) Through the years they brought their families and friends. Eric purchased the property from his father and has since cleared the land and added several outbuildings. He put in two ponds, a suana, a stage, barn and many other amenities. He and Amy have since worked on building a new bathhouse to accommodate more guests. 🌿Private forested land along the ledge of Zoar Valley. Large, spacious campsite areas, that are great for groups. A rare location that is secluded and quiet, away from people and traffic. For those that want to feel isolated and immersed in nature and the forest or watch for wildlife! Includes seven acres to primitive camp on or bring an RV/camper in (10ft clearance at gate). This property is in Orchard Park. It is two acres, surrounded by trees and a fence on three sides, which provides good privacy.
There is a large level area with 30a or 20a electrical available for small campers or very small trailers. Also a hose is available to fill water. This is site one.
Alternatively, I have two great tent spaces (sites two and three) at the back of the property with more private areas to set up tents.
There is a (shared) campfire stone pit at the back of the property. Split firewood is available for $5.00 per armload. Campers can take this from the firewood pile.
Chestnut Ridge park is a 7 minute drive. It has great trails, including the Eternal Flame Hike, and a large fishing pond. Green lake is also nearby with fishing and a good place for paddle boarding or kayaking.
The property is .5 mi from Bills Stadium. Lake Erie and its beaches are a 15 minute drive. Frank Lloyd Wrights gray cliff property is 25 minutes away.Niagara Falls is 35 min. Downtown Buffalo is 18 min. There are walkable restaurants nearby (about .5 to 1 mi).
An indoor restroom is available at specific hours (typically 4pm-8:30 am) or if arranged in advance outside those hours. No shower is available.

Creekside now has ceiling lights, hot plate, mini fridge, etc. With a king bed (or two twins) and a bunk bed set, the cabin can sleep 4, with room for extra cots if needed. Please provide your own linens, cooking utensils, dishes, and other camping wear. Cabin can be heated with a woodstove.
Angelica NY is just a few miles up the road, where you will find cute antique shops, dollar general, post office, gas etc.
We love our little slice of private water side camping here in Angelica and hope you will take care of it like it was yours. Please no carving of names or dates in any structure, do not cut or chop down any living tree or vegetation. Our property has a lot of walnut trees- watch for falling nuts come late summer and fall! No dumping or putting anything down pit except toilet paper!

Great place to camp, it was out in the wilderness but at the same time close to everything. Nice large site with a water view. The only thing I wish was the electric was a little bit more heavy duty; but we had no problems. Overall great trip and I’d definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for something different than a resort.

2 nights at Stergelandia
My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Stergelandia. We stayed in the Gumdrop cabin which was decorated beautifully and peacefully with colorful tapestries and pillows. Despite it being chilly out we were able to sleep comfortably with extra blankets and some hand warmers. It rained one morning and watching/hearing it fall on the plexiglass wall was amazingly beautiful. We enjoyed the observation deck and took a short hike. We made a cozy fire and used the cooking gear provided to make a nice dinner. We cannot wait for our film to be developed as every part of this trip was stunning. We will definitely be back, Jennifer was a great host and has made a beautiful nature oasis on her land.

The property has been cultivated to share this special place with others while preserving habitat. We had a quick overnight while visiting Letchworth for the day.
