There is an individual fire pit for each camper, a small rock bottom creek runs through the 15 acres for a nice, relaxing view of the woods. The southern section of the property ascends abruptly from 2050'-2250'. The northern range is less abrupt.
It has been my passion & a genuine labor of love to keep this environment as pristine as possible. My ultimate goal is to be able to provide a place for man to be nurtured, where nature & wildlife will thrive, always striving to keep the environment as pristine & serene as possible. Tranquility Trails is a Eco retreat center located on a private game preserve. It was established on 9-16-2013 in loving memory of my father, Frank Bileti.
The center is nestled within 138 acres of the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in the Southern tier of Western New York. This is the ideal place for folks who enjoy secluded, quiet, private places to unwind, relax and commune with the elements of nature. Activities include: hiking, biking, snow shoeing, bird watching, wildlife observation, meditation, stargazing etc. We currently offer 2 cabins, a cottage, 3 tent sites (1 is fully furnished). The cabins, cottage, tent sites & trails are very private and secluded. Each site has its own private entrance. There is approximately 10 miles of professionally groomed, maintained trails for guests to share for recreational purposes. The trails are marked and 10-15' wide. They range in difficulty. The southern section of the property ascends abruptly from 2050'-2250'. The northern range is less abrupt.
It has been my passion & a genuine labor of love to keep this environment as pristine as possible. My ultimate goal is to be able to provide a place for man to be nurtured, where nature & wildlife will thrive, always striving to keep the environment as pristine & serene as possible. Truly a unique balance. Due to this balance, occupancy is limited. Small groups are welcome (contact us for pricing.) Ample parking & private picnic areas are also provided. Get away from it all on 60 acres of quiet space! You have two options--bring your own tent and camping gear and rough it, or stay in our hand-built cabin with all you need for a couple of nights of pure R&R! Experience zero light pollution at this off the grid cabin or in one of our camping spots.
Although the cabin is not hooked up to electric or water, it is equipped with kitchen cabinets, pots and pans and dishes and silverware, drinking and cleaning/cooking water, a pullout bed with sheets and blankets (2 people), a couch that becomes a futon, one more couch and a blowup air mattrees, a dining room table and four chairs, a porch glider, an outhouse, a camp stove, books, a few rechargeable lights (but good to bring your own), kindling and firewood, and is insulated with a stove for winter stays. A fire pit and benches await your nighttime enjoyment of the solitude and stars.
We encourage you to walk and experience a true "backwoods" experience, but we will drive you down in our Utility Vehicle if needed.
A ping pong table is available in the barn/workshop if people would like to play. We also have pollinator and vegetable gardens and chickens, and we produce maple syrup in the spring. If guests are interested in workshops on carpentry, food preservation, foraging, gardening, bread baking, and kombucha-brewing, they should let us know a WEEK in ADVANCE. We also offer spiritual direction and Enneagram exploration/typing conversations. This experience can be as solitary as a guest would like, or guests can also experience the gift of connecting with others in community.

2 nights at Stergelandia
My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Stergelandia. We stayed in the Gumdrop cabin which was decorated beautifully and peacefully with colorful tapestries and pillows. Despite it being chilly out we were able to sleep comfortably with extra blankets and some hand warmers. It rained one morning and watching/hearing it fall on the plexiglass wall was amazingly beautiful. We enjoyed the observation deck and took a short hike. We made a cozy fire and used the cooking gear provided to make a nice dinner. We cannot wait for our film to be developed as every part of this trip was stunning. We will definitely be back, Jennifer was a great host and has made a beautiful nature oasis on her land.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Creekside on camp road. The cabin so nice and very very clean. The site had more than enough seating for our large family and areas for us to set up tents. The outhouse was well maintained well lit at night. The creek was just perfect for our 7 year old to play in the water and even watch some deer go by. Leah was incredibly attentive and answered any questions we had right away. We will definitely be back.

Jennifer has created such a peacefully spacious getaway! Casa Abuela was just as pictured, and I was pretty excited to have some rain so I could open it up and cook cozily underneath the clear plexiglass. So many amenities, and plenty of firewood as mentioned. I ventured around the property, met some small friends who live around the ponds and in the meditation garden, and spent my time packing up imagining my next stay here. I’m sure I’ll be back soon! 🌟

The location is great, quiet, and convenient. There are a ton of accommodations from comfortable seating, campfire, showering, outhouse, grill (propane and charcoal), cover, lights, power, and games. There’s practically no wind to disrupt cooking or outside games and you can even bring the dogs.
My family, most of which have never had any interest in camping, had a great time. I also enjoyed the proximity to closeby parks. Leah was also an excellent host and was always available.

I absolutely loved my stay at Casa Abuela! The A frame was beautifully decorated—so cozy and full of charm. One of my favorite features was the fold-out side wall that turns into a little porch—such a thoughtful touch. My dog had the best time lounging around the campsite and exploring the property. The observation deck was perfect for stargazing, peaceful and quiet with amazing views of the night sky. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a unique and relaxing getaway!

Leah’s campsite was wonderful. There were more amenities than we thought! The space was well thought out with a lot of additional comforts. The hammock and hanging chairs were great to relax in. The creek was a perfect for our children 11, 9, and 6. The cabin provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of seating throughout the campsite. We would definitely come back again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The campground was quiet, clean, and full of charm with creative repurposed art throughout. There’s a cute little camp store, a welcoming community space, and fresh eggs for sale. One of the most special features was the windchime trail—I got to hang one in memory of my brother, which was really meaningful.
Mal and her partner were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. It’s only about 30 minutes from Allegheny State Park, and the scenic drive is beautiful. Highly recommend staying at Campground Adventures!

Weekend Trip to Creekside on Camp Road
My family loved camping at creekside cabin! We wanted an easier camping weekend as we didn't feel like dealing with tents. Creekside was such a GEM! The cabin was so roomy, clean and cozy! The property was private and right on the creek. The gazebo area was a beautiful spot to relax, play games and still he outside if it rained! (We lucked out only a sprinkle the morning we left). We played and walked in the creek, cooked fun camp food and enjoyed fires in the fire pit by the creek all day and night! We can not wait to come back! Leah was a wonderful host! She was so responsive and helpful. We are so thankful we found such a cute spot to camp! Thanks again for hosting us!
