Find peace at our campground in New Jersey which is due south of the Wharton State Forest and surrounded by other wildlife management areas that dot the protected ecoregion. We offer back-in and pull-through RV sites that can accommodate all sized RVs and trailers!
Each RV site includes a picnic table, fire ring, 30 or 50-amp electrical service, and sewer. We have deluxe patio sites and some rustic cabins too! Friendly people are waiting by the phone to tell you about our amazing activities, and an atmosphere that all campers will take to heart.
Delightfully, Country Oaks campground happens to be surrounded by a number of designated wildlife management areas (WMAs)–Tuckahoe, Maple Lake, and Menantico Ponds to name a few! These areas are popular for hiking/walking, fishing, kayaking, and birding opportunities abound!
Our nation’s bird, the bald eagle, is no stranger to this region, along with lots of other species for your bird-watching journal. The Warren E. Fox Nature Center is the headquarters for environmental education within the Atlantic County park system, with fun displays and trials for the whole family. Our horse farm is located in one of the most rural areas of Southern New Jersey. This land was once occupied by The Lanape Tribe. The adjacent creek was named after Chief Alloway. Artifacts of Native Americans have been found alongside this brackish water creek. This farm was for many years a dairy farm which was passed on for 3 generations until the late 80's.
Our main horse breeds are 5 Arabians followed by 2 Thoroughbreds and 2 miniature ponies. In addition to horses you will see free range rabbits, chickens and beautiful cows.
There are many antique shops in this area which tell the rich History of Southern NJ. Cowen mall and Royal Port are my two favorites.
Another must see experience (at least once) in the area is The Cowtown Rodeo, one of the first and oldest in the country, only 14 minutes drive.
Cool and brand new Brewery opening up soon right across the rd from Cowtown and right next to The best Cowboy outfitter.

We live in a 1987 geodesic dome home on the property. Additionally, our self-converted 2002 International Blue Bird school bus is parked here. There is plenty of room for you to park in the circle driveway or to the left of the dome.
Enjoy our large, fenced backyard with plenty of room for activities. This is a great spot for new campers! Wide and clear walking paths around the pond and a nicely kept fire pit. The cabin is small but has everything you need to enjoy yourself. Conveniently located and well kept outhouse nearby. Our dogs loved exploring this property.

Wonderful beautiful campsite! Would definitely recommend. Quiet, next to a beautiful river, very picturesque. Close to Cowtown Rodeo (very fun to visit on Saturday nights). Sites 2 and 3 are close to each other and far from the farm buildings (very private). Site 1 is close to the bathroom but much less privacy.

It was our first glamping introduction to my 7 and 9 year old daughters, and they absolutely loved their experience! Slam dunk on the two bed tipi, campfire wood, fireflies and 2 deer and chipmunk, and convenient 5gal water jug. Special extra than you to our farmer hosts for teaching us how to light our campfire (1 match!) and for inviting the girls to feed the animals. It's clear they love hosting, put a lot of care into welcoming guests, and get a kick out of kiddos. I am so blessed that this was the girls' first camping experience, and because of it, they're eager to do it again!

Very nice property. The private pond and the surrounding property are beautiful. Although there are houses on the perimeter of the property, you can’t really see them and it feels like you are in the middle of the forest (which you kind of are!). The privacy is just right since there are only 5 sites (4 tent or pull in RV sites and 1 Cabin) and they are spread out around the pond with plenty of space between each. The owners, Dan and Carol, were absolutely phenomenal. Dan came by on his golf cart every day to check on me (I was solo camping in the Cabin). Carol also came with him once. Aside from the privacy and rest/relaxation that I desperately needed, the best part was meeting Dan and Carol. Super nice hosts! Anyone looking for an off grid camping experience should camp here!

This campsite is such a gem! Our 2 year old daughter was so excited to wake up to horses, and we enjoyed it as well! It was really private even with it being an active farm. We didn’t find the directions hard to follow and even found it coming in after dark. It was well maintained as well. We will be using this site again if we need to be in the area.

My family and I loved are camping experience at Huck and Buck. The hosts are great people and are really fantastic with kids. They went the extra mile to ensure our short stay was great! Though a bit of a walk, the restrooms and shower were the best that I have used at a camp site. They were not just clean, they were carefully curated to ensure a great experience. We had a fantastic stay and Greg was a terrific host. He met us at the driveway and led us to our spot. The property is replete with rolling hills, beautiful trees and friendly farm animals. Be sure to avail yourself of them. Added bonus, the farm is 5 minutes from Longwood Gardens. By the way, I am writing this review while enjoying BozziBrook Farm eggs with toast and BozziBrook honey. Don’t leave without either!

Abby and Greg were very helpful and kind for us to camp. The place we had was very private. The animals in farm were very cute. The aroma in the camp site was very fresh and unique. There are many Attractive places near. Visited cafe Farm & co and Italian market Carlino’s for brunches and it was great choices. Honey from the camp farm is very special honey we cannot buy at regular market.

I recently had the pleasure of camping at the Dispersed Area with fire pits at Creekside at Crystal Lake, and it was such a fantastic experience! The natural beauty surrounding the campsite is breathtaking, with plenty of trees perfect for hanging my hammock and enjoying the serene environment.
The fire pits were a great addition, providing a cozy atmosphere for nightly campfires. I loved that there were supplies available to cook over the fire, which meant I didn't have to bother with my camp stove. It truly added to the camping experience, sitting around the fire and enjoying some delicious meals.
The host family was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. It's a great spot for beginner campers too! I appreciated the solid cell phone and Wi-Fi signal, not to mention the convenience of having DoorDash deliveries accessible if I wanted a quick meal.
One of the highlights was the peaceful walks to the creek, where I enjoyed the soothing sounds of the water and the tranquility of nature. Waking up to the sight of deer in the morning was a magical touch that made the whole trip extra special.
Overall, my stay at Creekside at Crystal Lake was a delightful escape into nature, and I can't wait to return! Highly recommend this camping spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
