Buffalo Jump Range

1 site · RV, Tent1 acre · Logan, Gallatin
The Range offers one fully accommodated and open RV site available, to include water, sewer, and 30amp/50amp hookups. Tucked into a draw, this space is surrounded by trees, but still offers an amazing view of Sunsets, Tobacco Root Mountain Range, and Lower Madison River Valley. This is a private homesite with very few homes in view. There is a private (gated) driveway leading to the site. The water is not potable, so you'll want to bring some drinking water. It comes from a well and has a filter on the hookup. Madison Buffalo Jump State Park is located 3.2 miles to the east of The Range. For 2,000 years ago (or more) several Native American Tribes used the stretch of limestone cliffs above our property to harvest buffalo efficiently and effectively. The park offers a picnic area, trails, and information on the history and culture that used these hills to feed, dress, and shelter their families. Headwaters State Park is located 8.5 miles to the west of our location, offering picnic areas and trails. The Headwaters of the Missouri River is comprised of the confluence of the Jefferson, Madison, and Gallatin Rivers. The Lower Madison River has two fishing accesses (Greycliff and Cobblestone) and are located within miles of our campsite.

Serenity Sheep Farm Stay

3 sites · Lodging40 acres · Belgrade, Gallatin
2023 rains = mosquitoes! Don't book if you don't like bugs. You will not be refunded for acts of nature. I've been at this for 13 years. Please ask questions before booking. We live on 40 acres of my husband's grandfather's original 160 acre homestead. We are the only ones still farming. They rest of the family have either sold off their land for big bucks or have built homes on it. We enjoy sharing our little piece of paradise in the Gallatin Valley.

Ponderosa Pine Ranch camp

1 site · RV, Tent6 acres · Three Forks, Gallatin
Learn more about this land: Our property is in a close proximity to the Fairweather Fishing access on the Missouri River. Camping is not allowed at the access so we would be the closest camping site to this great outdoor playground. There is opportunity for fishing, floating, boating, hunting and swimming in the summer. We have about 6 acres available for campsites, either tenting or self-contained campers. There are groves of mature trees and open sites available. This is directly off of paved county road. The property adjacent to ours has the original ranch house and barn and other outbuildings that were part of the Ponderosa Pine Ranch which owned most of the valley we're in. The ranch house and buildings were divided away from our part of the property several years ago, so we have our home here and what was mostly pasture. The campsites are all pasture grass with trees for shade. We do not have cell phone service here. We have a spot that has 30 amp electricity.

VanGoBoon Campground

19 sites · Lodging, RVs, Tents5 acres · Bozeman, Gallatin
Welcome to our campground! We are a "Roadside" Campground that offers the convince of easy on/off access to Hwy 90 and the close proximity to Bozeman. We are adjacent to Hwy 90 and the Montana Rail System. We have a variety of options that should suit just about anyone. We are near Yellowstone National Park as well as Bozeman, MT which offers all types of recreational opportunities e.g. hiking, fishing, climbing, skiing, cycling and running trails. VanGoBoon is the perfect "Pull-in for the Night" as well as week-long stays! Most of our sites are SELF-CONTAINED. We have 4 sites that have electric and water hookups. (20,30,50amp) The lawn area has horseshoes, frisbee golf, and corn toss. We mostly offer dry campsites for overnight stays for vans, tents or RVs . Most sites are on concrete slabs so they are level and the property has grass areas with trees as well. FYI: Great site if you like trains! An important part of Montana’s commerce is transportation by rail so there will be highway and train noise. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to have noise-cancelation devices handy. Private spots between trees but near freeway for easy access. Our 2 horses have been a favorite with young campers along with the open yet private campsites! We look forward to welcoming you!

I wanted to add more information about this site. This site is primarily used as a concert venue and will have debri such as porta potties, flags, beated down grass, and old building from use for festivals. This will not be the pristine campground with lush grasses and streams. I want to be transparent to what this site has to offer. It has open spaces, mountain views and remnants of a concert festival ground. This concert ground is in AS IS condition when a festival is not happening. Thank you and Rock ON!

CedarRose Farm

4 sites · RVs, Tents52 acres · Gallatin
CedarRose Farm is a fantastic former produce farm that we operated for 21 years, surrounded by other friendly smallholdings, art studios and homesteaders. A clean portapotty is on site until September 15th. We offer campfire popcorn poppers, complete with kernels, oil and butter! S'Mores kits and toasting forks, with enough goodies for 8 S'mores. Check out our 'Extras' and relax and enjoy yourself! Please ask us about visiting us on the farm, we have a shady outdoor dining room you're welcome to enjoy. Ask for directions to "Sunset Point", its a quick hike to a secret campfire ring with perfect lounge chairs and amazing views! There's always something to do, horses to feed and brush, chickens and ducks that need feed and watched by the pond. Stargazing and birdwatching are great here, its very dark at night, almost no light pollution, and I've counted 43 different birds! We love biking, hiking, paddle boarding and having campers! We know you'll love it as much as we do!
