We enjoyed staying at Pat’s ranch. We got to talk to the horses🤣 And rub on them, and her dog was good exercise for our dogs, playing and wrestling around.

A Warm Welcome on a Real Workin

If you’re looking for a peaceful stay on a real working ranch, Miss Pat’s place is a wonderful choice. The ranch is easy to find, and while there’s a short drive down a dirt farm road, it’s well maintained and only about 7–8 minutes from the main road.
The RV site isn’t perfectly level, so bring plenty of leveling blocks. Our 30-foot water hose reached the hookup just fine, and the electric provides 30-amp power through a household-style outlet, so don’t forget the proper adapter.
One of our favorite parts of the stay was Spur, Pat’s sweet pup. He was incredibly friendly and always ready for pets and attention. We also loved watching the horses run through the pasture and seeing the baby calves wandering around the ranch. It really felt like we were experiencing authentic ranch life.
Miss Pat was a wonderful host, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Come prepared with leveling blocks, a longer water hose, and the right electrical adapter(ace n 3 forks has them), and you’ll have a fantastic stay. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing country getaway.

great spot for a getaway with beautiful views. Check out the state park nearby or go to pony for the day! Just bought a motorcycle and the roads surrounding the property are great for any kind of activity from walking to running mountain biking and even riding motorcycles! All the animals on the property are gorgeous and the host is very welcoming! Be prepared to either be creative with leveling your RV in order to access sewer, or just bring a sewer extension hose as there is a very nice flatter area just out of reach for our sewer hose! Utilities were in great working order and our Starlink had a clear view of the sky!

I love the views, the sunrises and sunsets, the night sky, the horses, the llamas and cows nearby. The gravel roads were not so bad. Pat is an excellent host. She has the right combination of helpfulness and giving me my privacy. A delightful experience with full hookups.

Miss Pat was the BEST host we have ever had! We live in our RV traveling 9 months out of the year! (Been to lots of sites) We have two small kids and she was just as helpful including and entertaining them as she was my husband and I. The location was one of the most beautiful spots we have also ever stayed in. Peaceful, quiet and simply beautiful. It will now be our go-to when traveling thru Montana! So great!

We had a great stay at Pat’s place! It was a beautiful drive up to her land on a quaint gravel road dotted with farms and ranches. Pat’s communication was great and she really seems to care about her guests. She offered us everything we needed and was a great host! We felt safe where we parked closer to her house and right beside the horses. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks so much Pat!

I loved camping on Pat’s property. It is beautiful with the snow capped mountains in the distance. I also enjoyed walking in the peaceful area surrounding her land. Pat was kind and helpful in communicating with me to make sure I had no problems arriving at her camp. I definitely would stay here again.

1. 20 min drive on washboard gravel road to site from 90 west.
2. Owner was not on site when we arrived like she said she would be. Did not respond to calls or email when we arrived. Did not greet us when she did arrive. No Hipcamp signage.
3. First thing we noticed was: beep-beep-beep every three seconds. When host arrived 2 hours later and was asked about noise, she claimed she couldn’t hear it, that it was her neighbor’s gate. Electronic beeping was continuous.
4. Description stated 30amp when it actually was a 20 amp outlet; luckily we had the right extension cord. Host said, “it’s not my problem” if people don’t show up with the right cord.

A very fer out of the way remote but not place to hang your hat. I was just passing through on travels and it looked like a good place to spend the night. Be prepared for some dirt roads and some hills my Sprinter Class C did fine.
The horses are nice and it is quiet. It was nice to have power and water as well. Pat was very communicative and a pleasure to chat with.

We absolutely loved staying at the Davis Ranch. Not only were the views incredible but so was Pat. Pat is very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Very nice lady. Our dogs played along with her dog. Nothing better than waking up to 360 Mountain View’s and horses. We will definitely come back here if we are in the area.
