You will have water, electricity and sewer hookup at your site. Enjoy the sunrise over the mountains in the morning and watch the sunset over the mountains in the evening. Relax at the end of a day of fishing, hiking, horseback riding or exploring Yellowstone National Park or historic Virginia City. Pat’s land is absolutely stunning! I was in awe every direction I’d look. Her horses are beautiful & make a very scenic view with the surrounding mountains. Her dog Spur, was also very welcoming! He played with our pup for good bit before our travels home. He had a good time. Pat is great at communicating. She was also accommodating with us being very behind on our schedule. We made it just in time to stay out of the thunderstorm we had in the evening. Thank you for sharing your land with us!

We loved camping on Pat's land. Far enough away from towns that you have no light pollution and breathtaking views when the sun is out. My wife made friends with the horses and Spur was a great assistant to Pat! Very gracious host as well! She showed us the different mountain ranges we could see from her home.
