The location of the property is fantastic, with the Clark Fork River and numerous other high-quality fishing spots like Rock Creek just minutes away. Moreover, the Kettlehouse Amphitheater, known for its impressive lineup, is only 7.5 miles away via a frontage road. It is a convenient 22-minute drive from downtown Missoula, although staying here offers its own unique charm and appeal. We are dog-friendly and offer full hook-ups for your convenience.

We have 5.5 acres of Parradise overlooking Flathead Lake and the Mission Mountains which is part of the Rocky Mountain Range. Our driveway is a little steep so we recommend putting your vehicle in 4 WD low. Also out of respect for our neighbors we would appreciate not driving over 15 mph once the road turns to gravel. You will wake up to amazing sunsets and watch the deer, eagles, hawks and our local fox sometimes hunting for food. The National Bison Range is about 40 minutes south of us. Glacier National Park is about 90 miles away. Boating and white water rafting is in town as is renting a boat or kayaking or swimming. There is also a great brewery in town called Glacier Brewing among bars and restaurants.

We have beautiful sun rises and amazing sunsets of which it is perfect while gazing out on our meadow with the opportunistic sighting of wildlife. Our place is perfect if you would like the privacy of being the only RV/camper on our beautiful natural 15 acre field. The spot is 5 miles outside of Polson and only a 10 minute drive to Flathead Lake with a plethora of other smaller local lakes near by. We have the feel of living out in the country while also conveniently located a very short distance off of highway 93, only 0.25 miles away from the grocery store, and 0.5 miles away from the local gas station. We live in a beautiful area where there are plenty of lakes and creeks to fish, hike, take a boat, kayak or paddle board just a short drive from the camp spot. If you don’t have a kayak, no problem, we have 3 to rent. This location is perfect for wildlife viewing, we have Pablo National Wildlife Refuge 5 mins away, Kicking Horse Waterfowl Production viewing and Duck Haven which are 10 minutes away, and of course the National Bison Range that is 30 minutes away. Glacier National Park is only 1 hour and 20 minutes away which still makes it an easy drive to explore. Our location is also convenient to local museums such as the massive Miracle of America Museum just down the road 5 minutes. We are located between Polson and Ronan so if you are looking for local eateries there are plenty to choose from within a 10 minute drive. There is also a 24ft camper that can be booked separately as well for an additional amount that is not located on our field but close by. Please pack in pack out, keep the space clean, and most of all enjoy yourself. As camp hosts we are happy to help with any suggestions in the area and to answer questions.

Just slightly over an hour to Glacier National Park and access to all the mountain lakes, rivers and streams to explore, you won't be bored. Right around the corner, you have access to a boat ramp at one of the state-owned Parks with public showers, if the lake water is too cold. My property is a half mile up the road from Somers public park on Flathead Lake with a swimming area and boat launch (kayak, paddle board, and jet ski rentals available near the boat launch as well as a fishing charter company). Plenty of hiking, water sports, snow skiing (downhill and cross country), snow shoeing, hunting and fishing in the area.If you stay here you will be....-1.5 hours away from the West Glacier entrance-35 Min from Whitefish-20 min from Kalispell-15 min from Bigfork-10 min from Lakeside-45 min from Polson-2 hours from Missoula-3.5 hours from Dutton Ranch if you are into the hit series Yellowstone-6 hours from Yellowstone National ParkThe property is in a semi forested neighborhood (houses are spaced decently far apart) area with plenty of sun all day long no matter the season. Most RV sizes should fit some leveling may be required . There is internet, electric and water available but unfortunately no sewer (there are dump stations in the area). Stay for a night as you are passing through or a couple weeks to check off all your desired outdoor activities! Sorry no tents, I do not have the facilities nor locations for tents to be able to set up - Roof top tents are acceptable, keeping in mind I have no bathroom or shower facilities. The area you are in is very safe and full of deer, with the occasional Mountain lion or bear wandering through, so please be mindful of your garbage! The owner (SJ) lives on site in a house next to the RV site and is usually available for questions or concerns. She comes and goes through out the day don't be afraid to wave her down if you need something.

Located in Big Arm, Montana, Wild Horse RV Resort is a newer RV park that has individual owners and the lots are larger than a typical site. We own Lot 1 and it is FRONT ROW! No camper will block your views. This lot is also slightly larger than the others at about 60' x 100' and can accommodate large recreational vehicles. Wild Horse RV is a wonderful community of owners who love being near Flathead Lake, Glacier National Park and all things Montana! Big Arm Marina is just across HWY 93 and you can bring your boat and rent a slip (if there is availability), have dinner and just enjoy amazing sunsets on the lake. From our wonderful camp spot, you will have a beautiful view of Flathead Lake and the surrounding mountains. It is just so peaceful! Our layout is designed as a Pull-In Site for Motorcoaches. Hookups are on the LEFT side if you pull in... 5th Wheels and trailers will also work. You can pull in and disconnect. You are allowed to pull your truck through the middle of the aisle between the lots. However, once you reconnect, you will need to back your rig out unless no one is in Lot 2 and then you can pull through. Our site features wonderful lake views and we have full hook-ups (water, sewer & electricity - 50 amp) for your convenience . We have a gazebo with a gas-fire patio table - If you use the gas fire patio table, I do ask that you fill it before you leave so the next guest can use it. Dogs are allowed but need to be leashed and due to fire restrictions no wood fires are allowed (only gas). Also, HOA rules state no tents. ***There is a community area with a grill and pickle ball.*** ******NO wood fires are permitted due to fire restrictions. Small GAS fires are ok. ******* HOA rules stipulate that the minimum stay is 7-nights. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to grant shorter stays. Month to Month is also available. Also, if you are military (active, retired, vet), teacher or first responder let me know - we are happy to offer a 10% discount for your hard work! No tents are permitted - HOA rules PLEASE clean up the lot upon departure - please don't leave food or gunk on the tables or trash around the site. Be kind and leave it nice for the next guest. We have 5.5 acres of Parradise overlooking Flathead Lake and the Mission Mountains which is part of the Rocky Mountain Range. Our driveway is a little steep so we recommend putting your vehicle in 4 WD low. Also out of respect for our neighbors we would appreciate not driving over 15 mph once the road turns to gravel. You will wake up to amazing sunsets and watch the deer, eagles, hawks and our local fox sometimes hunting for food. The National Bison Range is about 40 minutes south of us. Glacier National Park is about 90 miles away. Boating and white water rafting is in town as is renting a boat or kayaking or swimming. There is also a great brewery in town called Glacier Brewing among bars and restaurants.

The area is secluded yet only 3 miles to restaraunts and stores. There are several bike and hike trails close by. Wildlife is abundant., and a few farm animals as well. We are 2 hours from Glacier National Park and 5 hours from Yellowstone National Park.

My property is located on 10 acres and has only one visible neighbor. It is situated on the edge of the Lolo National Forest and accessed through a private road. There is a creek running through the property, which is home to little native cuthroat trout and is suitable for fishing CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY! The location of the property is fantastic, with the Clark Fork River and numerous other high-quality fishing spots like Rock Creek just minutes away. Moreover, the Kettlehouse Amphitheater, known for its impressive lineup, is only 7.5 miles away via a frontage road. It is a convenient 22-minute drive from downtown Missoula, although staying here offers its own unique charm and appeal. We are dog-friendly and offer full hook-ups for your convenience.
