The summer group would rent the facility and bring in the stage, risers, and seats for the audience. Hookups are on the LEFT side if you pull in... 5th Wheels and trailers will also work. You can pull in and disconnect. You are allowed to pull your truck through the middle of the aisle between the lots. However, once you reconnect, you will need to back your rig out unless no one is in Lot 2 and then you can pull through. Our site features wonderful lake views and we have full hook-ups (water, sewer & electricity - 50 amp) for your convenience . We have a gazebo with a gas-fire patio table - If you use the gas fire patio table, I do ask that you fill it before you leave so the next guest can use it. Dogs are allowed but need to be leashed and due to fire restrictions no wood fires are allowed (only gas). Also, HOA rules state no tents. ***There is a community area with a grill and pickle ball.*** ******NO wood fires are permitted due to fire restrictions. My property is less than a mile off MT-83, between Seeley Lake and Condon. I back up to both Lolo and Flathead National Forest. Less than a quarter mile from the back of my land are trail systems for all kinds of recreation. Off road, hunting, hiking, fishing. Minutes to Lindbergh Lake. Only 15 minutes to all Seeley Lake has to offer. Enjoy the wilderness as your backyard, but still have easy access to town and great ATT cell service. The access road is a little rough, but I can get my 40ft class A up with no issue.

Porta potty on-site for tent campers (Note: Due to demand for porta potties in the valley, we are not able to provide one for 2025). Minutes to Bigfork (Wild Mile, Bigfork Playhouse Theater, famous 4th of July parade, FLBC, Echo Lake Cafe, festivals, Flathead Lake, float Swan River, hike Jewel Basin, golfing at Eagle Bend). 1 Hour to skiing at Whitefish or Blacktail. 1 Hour to Glacier National Park.

Space is level and quiet. Plenty of space to set up solar panels and do dog training. Space is far enough away from structures that quiet generators can't be heard at all by neighbors. Also managed neighborhood dog walks without issue. Drivers were slow and courteous to pedestrians. Was quickly greeted by two curious cats and enjoyed watching a couple young deer play in the grass just 20 feet from my trailer. Would stay again.

Finally, two level sites which made setting up a breeze. Speaking of a breeze, quick walk to the heart of Seeley. We grabbed a burger for an easy dinner and espresso/chai tea in the morning. Light road noise but quiet at night. We will be back!

This was a great spot for when you need a safe spot to park while going out in Missoula. I felt comfortable leaving my campervan here while going to a concert. It was quiet too. It isn’t exactly a Hipcamp experience, you are parked basically just in the driveway right next to the house. But it was perfect for what I needed, as my plans were more about having somewhere within the city to stay.
