It is a small campsite with a fire ring, 2 camp chairs and solar lighting. Do NOT rent this tent site if you need to be close to your car. This site is not on the creek. Creek access is down a trail to the left off the parking area. #3: "Not for the Faint of Heart" campsite is a 2-3 minute walk from the parking spot on an uneven, tight trail through the trees. It has a fire ring, two camp chairs, solar lighting, and a small portable grill. Do NOT rent this tent site unless you are ready to explore and do not need to be close to your car. Make sure you arrive before dark because although the trail is lit by solar lights even with headlamps it can be tricky to find your way through the trees. Closed-toed shoes are highly recommended. Refrigerator/ freezer, Solo fire pit with Adirondak chairs, hard woods for cooking and softwoods for just gereral hanging around the camp fire, Treager smoker grill and a weber propane grill. If there are more than two people in this camp, it's a small space and you best be the courteous kind. This sheep camp is the real deal. It was made for people who work on the range. Cowboys, sheepherders and such. As such you will need to be a bit western in attitude to fully enjoy it. It is very efficient but a small space. It works fine as a place to stay especially for one or two people. The basic normal things are intuitive. But for using things like the outdoor kitchen, the range oven and awning you may need a quick lesson on how those work. We are happy to teach you. If you want the experience or ambience of using the woodstove then we absolutely require that we instruct you on how to use it first. Using it requires your attention. Before TV and other modern distractions, the fire was the center of our attention and social environment. Giving your stoves fire attention then was easy. It still requires your attention if you choose to use it here. You can't use the wood stove when it's warm out because it would get to hot in the camp. The fire pit is always allowed. This unique property provides guests with Wi-Fi, TV, Stereo an iron and ironing board, It has forced air gas heat for a comfortable stay. After your day of adventure, Take a soak in the hot springs, snuggle up in your nice comfortable bed and that's a very good day.

We're Located in four corners across the street from Bozeman hot springs, our sheep camp is less that 200 yards from their front door. It is the closest of any vacation rental to them. The area is semi-rural with farms, neighborhoods and businesses. Big Sky resort is 42 miles, Bridger bowl is 26 miles. Bozeman is 7 miles. We're in rainbow subdivision. possibly Montana's oldest subdivision. We're on Lower Rainbow Road. In the summer we see some spectacular rainbows, many being double rainbows. Enjoy what this 1-bedroom modern range camp has to offer. Forced air gas heat, Indoor and outdoor kitchen, Two Queen beds, 3/4 bath. Clothes closet and drawers Pantry, Gas range and oven. convection oven and micro wave, Keurig coffee maker. Refrigerator/ freezer, Solo fire pit with Adirondak chairs, hard woods for cooking and softwoods for just gereral hanging around the camp fire, Treager smoker grill and a weber propane grill. If there are more than two people in this camp, it's a small space and you best be the courteous kind. This sheep camp is the real deal. It was made for people who work on the range. Cowboys, sheepherders and such. As such you will need to be a bit western in attitude to fully enjoy it. It is very efficient but a small space. It works fine as a place to stay especially for one or two people. The basic normal things are intuitive. But for using things like the outdoor kitchen, the range oven and awning you may need a quick lesson on how those work. We are happy to teach you. If you want the experience or ambience of using the woodstove then we absolutely require that we instruct you on how to use it first. Using it requires your attention. Before TV and other modern distractions, the fire was the center of our attention and social environment. Giving your stoves fire attention then was easy. It still requires your attention if you choose to use it here. You can't use the wood stove when it's warm out because it would get to hot in the camp. The fire pit is always allowed. This unique property provides guests with Wi-Fi, TV, Stereo an iron and ironing board, It has forced air gas heat for a comfortable stay. After your day of adventure, Take a soak in the hot springs, snuggle up in your nice comfortable bed and that's a very good day.

This is a great spot if you want to be close to Bozeman. The site is easy to access and has a spectacular view of the sunrise. The port-a-potty is clean with automatic lights for easy middle-of-the-night access. Another reviewer mentioned that it felt like you're "camping on someone's front lawn" but we didn't feel that at all: The house is 600' away and we didn't feel like we were even on their property. A reviewer also suggested the option to filter water from the stream, but given the amount of agriculture land upstream, I wouldn't do that.

Well maintained campground with fantastic host and some of the swankiest camping showers and restrooms ive ever seen, seriously those ammenities were better than some hotels ive stayed at. 20 minutes from livingston and 45 minutes from yellowstone, hikes in the area. Had a wonderful time! Watch for deer when driving.

What a great spot!! After staying at the hot springs for two nights it was WONDERFUL to pull into Stacie’s spot! So quiet with room all around you. The views of both the Gallatin and Bridger mountains is to die for! I pulled up next to her rv (just parked there, no one in it), my 20’ 50 amp cord didn’t reach the outlet tho. She had a standard 120 I could have used but I had a 30 amp extension cord with. I rode my bike just a mile to the local steak joint and had an amazing burger AND desert! Pizza place is there also. I’d go back in a flash!

I have such a great time at the V20 camp spot at Jammin Jackalope! I have stayed there several times (sometimes in a cabin) for concerts at Pine Creek Lodge. This is a relatively quiet spot after the show, more private than other spots. There is quite a bit of light coming from Pine Creek shining on this campsite which is probably good for security but might be a downside if you prefer complete darkness. Colter is super helpful and frequently goes out of his way to make sure your stay is optimal. Close to town, lots of river access in the area, hot springs, places to explore, etc. during the day before concert time!

This was our first time at Pine Creek Lodge, and we had the best time. The vibe is amazing – laid-back, welcoming, and full of good energy. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly nice and helpful. We arrived a bit early after a long drive and probably looked a little lost, but the staff didn’t miss a beat. They made us feel right at home right away. It’s the kind of place where you can instantly relax. Highly recommend – can’t wait to return!

The Ellison ranch is the epitome of hipcamping! Big ranch, lots of space and privacy. The dogs so enjoyed it!! They also loved when I would get in the river with them for fun :) Kent and his ranch hand are there if you need them! I've always enjoyed ranchers because I come from ranchers. Good people! The sights around the area are spectacular not to mention the wildlife!! Do not miss Natural Bridge Falls. It isn't far away at all. The drive alone is spectacular! I rode my bike for 13 miles from the ranch down a forest road and it was breath taking. I really enjoyed my time in Big Timber as well. I love small towns where people are polite, helpful and friendly. If you have an rv, Big Timber Tire has an rv dump even after hours.
