The highway used to run on the back of the property. In the 1800's there was a church on the back side of the property where one of our campsites is today. The ranch has beautiful scenery, lots of Wildlife, berries and wildflowers. Best suited for tent or small campers. We offer firewood, a port a potty, a dumpsite for holding tanks, water from our well to fill your water tank and electricity to charge devices and RV batteries at my barn. Generator rental available on a first reserve, first serve basis. Located about halfway between Springfield, MO. and Branson, MO. Nearby attractions include trout fishing, and a mountain bike park.
Please note, This campground is located in a floodplain and weather related cancellations are common.
Fish, Fish, Fish. This river is primed for fishing. You will have to bring your own boat, or float as I don't have good river bank fishing access. I added a small floating dock last year to fish or swim off of. There is a state park boat ramp a short distance away. The steps in the photos are plenty sturdy to tie boats to overnight. This river is fishable with flat bottom jet drive boats most of the spring and early summer and floatable year round. You can float to your campsite and relax instead of waiting in line at the boat ramp.
Also we are located about 13 miles from Crane Creek, A blue ribbon trout park. You can camp here and fish there.

The campground was clean and in a quiet country setting. Steve was very nice and called us a few minutes after we arrived to if we had any questions. Definitely follow Steve's directions to get to the campsite. We made the mistake of following Google's directions on our way in. Didn't do that again! I would recommend this campground and we'll definitely stay there again in the future.

Nice gravel sites, reasonably level. Water, power, and sewer. Small bathroom with shower, but clean. Very quiet here, only the sound of the wind through the trees. Follow the directions to the area given by the owner, Steven. Don't follow Google maps. There will be a section on a gravel road, not bad, but just slow down. Some restaurants and Dollar General within about 10 minute drive. Pretty much anything else you could need within 20-25 minutes. This is a good value, and we would happily stay again.

Absolutely amazing spot. Beautiful area. Had everything we need. Love the little touches that have been added for more comfort. We did use the canoe and enjoyed floating the river. Thank you for sharing. We do hope to return at some point in the future.

Great camp grounds, very clean and quiet. Site 10 is by far the best rv site. We will definitely be staying there again in the future. Just a few prep notes for the tent campers/pop-up campers with no toilets:
There is currently only one super clean toilet/shower. I'd suggest bringing a portable toilet or bucket and cover for emergency bathroom issues. Bring a couple rolls of tp just incase the restroom hasn't been restocked. Other than that grounds are beautiful. They're finishing up the build on the store, can't wait to come back and see it finished.

We loved it. A quiet pocket of woods that feels worlds away. The campsite is old-school and unfussy—just everything you need :) —it’s thoughtfully stocked and surprisingly cozy. We went during late summer and the trees produce a flood of green, and companioned by the nearby river, it was all entirely refreshing. We loved the privacy, the walkways, a home for a fire & a canoe at the ready. If you want seclusion with a touch of trust and care, this spot is a pure woodland balm.

10000% will be going back! Greg was super nice. He provided firewood which a huge plus. The portapotty was probably the cleanest portapotty I've ever seen. So close to the river and the floating dock was amazing!! 10/10!!!
