Located on our private river bank this is on 3 acres of land shared by 2 personal glamping sites and a rustic group campsite. Our sight offers scenic views of sunrise on the riverbend as well as the New Richmond Swing Bridge, now open to pedestrian traffic only. The small county park next door offers a riverside boardwalk full of natural flora and wildlife for morning strolls or the delight of a fisherman who likes to be 1st on the water! Kayak and Canoe Rentals are also available on sight, best to reserve in advance. Hiking trails nearby offer a great way to explore the Allegan Forest or the lakeshore sand dunes. We are 7 miles east of Saugatuck and 5 miles north of Fennville, our site makes a perfect escape from the nearby lakeshore shopping and dining district while keeping you in close proximity to local wineries and other attractions. Just follow the paved road all the way to the end of 57th street and enter through our private drive. ....where the pavement ends, adventure begins! See ya at the river!

Beautiful and peaceful! Such a treat to be the only camper. Nice trails that include a wooded area in addition to the bee sanctuary. Host Joe was great making sure we had what we needed and provided a map of the property so we were sure to find our way around. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Riverside Respite at New Richmond
We loved our time at Trestle Bell! It was so nice to arrive to our site and have firewood waiting for us, as well as potable water. We really enjoyed the riverside location near Fennville and it was a short drive to Saugatuck and Douglas.

We stayed at this place multiple times and have always enjoyed ourselves. It’s a wonderful single site campground that offers water and electricity. It has a great fire pit. It’s very secluded. Our dogs love the large areas to explore. Joseph is a terrific host!

Super easy camping, just buy a space online and once you get there you just pick an open spot. We camped there the night before going to Michigans Adventure. Didn't have to deal with anyone and the spots were nice and secluded. Campfire ring and a table at the site and a water spicket was just a minute walk away.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Jeff, and Beth's land! The campsite was easy to find, clean, and private, with plenty of fallen trees on the property to make a fire every night. Jeff and Beth were also very generous in giving out recommendations/things to do in the area.

Lots of space, lots of birds and butterflies to admire, and plenty of amenities to boost your camping experience - a shower and sink, trashcan, clean portopotty, a shelter to keep yourselves and your belongings from getting wet, and electrical hookup. The campsite was well maintained with a pretty view of the surrounding property. The outhouse was clean as well. Joe was very helpful showing us around. Hope to be back soon, the sunset and butterflies were beautiful.
