The property is 30 acres but we are only sharing the back 5 acres for campsites. The property is situated against the Manistee national forest, so there is plenty of wildlife to see. The campsites are currently setup for boondocking, eventually that will be upgraded as time goes on. We do offer farm fresh eggs upon request. If the season is right their could be fresh garden vegetables available as well. Fire pits are available but please know that burn restrictions will be strictly enforced since the property butts up against the national forest. Pets are welcomed but please cleanup after them and never let them just run free without supervision. The evening sky is always a picturesque site and the star gazing is phenomenal. Things to do off the farm: There are dirt bike and ORV trails for miles that run aside the property. The trails can take you to white river for fishing, kayaking, boating, or swimming. The trails can also be nice for a walk, hike, biking, or horseback riding. Bird watchers, the variety of birds that can be found just on the farm alone is quite large. There is an 18 hole disc golf course just 7 minutes away that can challenge even the most skilled and still be fun for the beginner. Fun on the water: Access to so many different lakes is just minutes away. The property is about 25 mins from Lake Michigan, 15 mins from Twin Lake (all sport inland lake), 8 minutes from Blue Lake, and 15 mins from Fremont Lake. Muskegon river is also a short distance from the property for a planned summer tubing trip. There is a river side shop that offers tubes for renting if you don't have any of your own. Shopping nearby: Whispering Pines, Amish store is 8 mins away from the property. They offer a host of many different groceries and a deli. Bigger box stores are a 20 minute drive into Fremont. Attractions: Fremont is home to Gerber foods (baby food production) and they hold the Gerber festival every year in mid July. If you are looking for some fun at a theme park, Michigan Adventures is just 20 minutes away from the property. They have rollar coasters and a water park for all ages.

BLUE LAKE HOPS and GARDENS is working Hops Yard, FARM MARKET, FOOD TRAILER and MICHIGAN CRAFT BEVERAGE BIERGARTEN. In the midst of the Manistee National Forest, a mile to a seasonal beach and picnic area on BIG BLUE LAKE with the WHITE RIVER, and five SUMMER CAMPS close by, THREE SITES are available sized to accommodate tent camping, Travel Trailer (EXCEPT 5th Wheels), and Class B and C RV"s. Each site is easily accessible, open and sunny for trailers and RV's with shaded areas for tenting. You will be in the woods adjacent to a open area working Hops Farm. Each site has a fixed in place fire-ring with cooking grate and 8-foot picnic table. Parking area, Food Truck, Biergarten and Farm Market are walk-able to on the property. Portable Toilet serviced weekly and potable water is central to the sites. Trash containers with trash bags are at each site. NO HOOK-UPS ARE AVAILABLE. Expect NO or LIMITED cellular service. One Travel Trailer or up to Three Tents accommodated per site. Sites are flat with moss/grass on sand terrain. One vehicle allowed on each site, parking lot for additional vehicles is available. This is a PEACEFUL AREA with loud music, noise and entertainment DISCOURAGED. QUIET HOURS ARE 11PM - 8AM DAILY. CONTINUOUS USE OF GENERATORS IS DISCOURAGED. Weather is typical for West Michigan with occasional winds and rain, we are on sandy terrain so ponding is very limited. WILDLIFE regularly includes Deer, Turkeys, Raccoons and Possum. Each tiny house has its own privacy. They are located approx. 40 yards apart, separated by a piece of forest.  You will have the whole tiny house to yourselves. Enjoy the hammock, relax by a bonfire, enjoy the stars. We live on the property, not far away so are available if you have any questions, etc. We have a two night minimum stay. There is a book in the house full of info on our favorites...favorite place for breakfast, favorite beach, mt. bike, etc.  Other things to note:  We have a french press for making coffee and provide fair-trade coffee.   I haven't been able to update the caption on our "outdoor shower-like structure"-this is a rinse station-perfect for cooling down on a hot day!  We have an indoor shower and flush toilet.  We are pet-friendly and have hosted many groups with dogs. There is a $20/per pet/per night fee, which will not be included in your total. Please leave this money before departure. We require pet owners to follow our pet policy. Inquire for a copy of it. We built our family home in the woods behind the tiny house.  When leafed out, the trees protect the view but just want to make sure you are aware of this before you arrive. Before the leaves are out, you will see the house behind the tiny house. We recently had to have some excavation work done so the area around the tiny house is in need of landscaping and time to re-grow vegetation.  I will be working on this as soon as I can but just wanted to make sure you were aware before your arrival.

The property is 30 acres but we are only sharing the back 5 acres for campsites. The property is situated against the Manistee national forest, so there is plenty of wildlife to see. The campsites are currently setup for boondocking, eventually that will be upgraded as time goes on. We do offer farm fresh eggs upon request. If the season is right their could be fresh garden vegetables available as well. Fire pits are available but please know that burn restrictions will be strictly enforced since the property butts up against the national forest. Pets are welcomed but please cleanup after them and never let them just run free without supervision. The evening sky is always a picturesque site and the star gazing is phenomenal. Things to do off the farm: There are dirt bike and ORV trails for miles that run aside the property. The trails can take you to white river for fishing, kayaking, boating, or swimming. The trails can also be nice for a walk, hike, biking, or horseback riding. Bird watchers, the variety of birds that can be found just on the farm alone is quite large. There is an 18 hole disc golf course just 7 minutes away that can challenge even the most skilled and still be fun for the beginner. Fun on the water: Access to so many different lakes is just minutes away. The property is about 25 mins from Lake Michigan, 15 mins from Twin Lake (all sport inland lake), 8 minutes from Blue Lake, and 15 mins from Fremont Lake. Muskegon river is also a short distance from the property for a planned summer tubing trip. There is a river side shop that offers tubes for renting if you don't have any of your own. Shopping nearby: Whispering Pines, Amish store is 8 mins away from the property. They offer a host of many different groceries and a deli. Bigger box stores are a 20 minute drive into Fremont. Attractions: Fremont is home to Gerber foods (baby food production) and they hold the Gerber festival every year in mid July. If you are looking for some fun at a theme park, Michigan Adventures is just 20 minutes away from the property. They have rollar coasters and a water park for all ages.

The 40-acre property is picturesque with pastures, open fields and pockets of trees. The entire property is encircled by mature pines and hardwoods. Take a stroll through the woods or wander amongst the century old apple trees. Whether it is horsepower or horseback, the trails are just steps away. There is plenty of room for parking your trailer and even your horse! Please contact me in advance for day pass or short-term board of your horse. Separate fee from listing. Whatever your plans, we know you will enjoy the serenity of The Still Point! *This is a working horse farm with a barn, horses and paddocks which we kindly ask are off-limits (unless pre-arrangements have been made). Our horses are beautiful to look at, however, some are rescues and we ask that you respect their space and not feed them (allergies/special diets). Also, they sometimes mistake fingers for carrots! Please do not enter or reach into any enclosures. Electric fences in use! Staff and owners will be on-site daily to care for the animals.

The SOL Homestead is a small but growing homestead with a focus on community. We raise chickens, ducks, pigs and cattle on pasture. The property is rolling acres with hardwood, pine, brush and open land with several miles of mowed trails. The terrain makes is very private and secluded, not a building or road (other than the driveway) is visible from the campsite. Wildlife abounds with regular sitings of deer, turkey, bald eagles, redtail hawks, grouse, pheasant, songbirds, and the list keeps going. The stars explode overhead when the sun drops behind the hills. The farm is over the hill and through the woods, you might occasionally hear a rooster crow, but otherwise you won't even know we are there. Located a short 20-25 minutes south of Traverse City, all the area attractions including Old Mission Peninsula, Leelanau Peninsula, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Manistee River, wineries, fishing, boating and countless other attractions. The Kingsley Farm Market on Wednesdays from 3:00pm to 7:00pm is a fun local event featuring great local farmers and often live music. We are currently offering one basic/rustic campsite, on a large flat(ish) site with picnic table and fire ring. There will be a Porta John for a toilet (May-October) and no access to water or electric at this time. There is plenty of room for any type of camper or several tents. If there is enough interest, we plan to add several more campsites and perhaps a glamping site, water, electric, and an outdoor shower in the future. Included with each stay is a rack of seasoned firewood and one dozen farm fresh eggs. Other farm products may be available upon request, you never know what might be ready in the garden!

Nice spot with a concrete pad not too far from 31. A bit of road noise, but it quieted down at night. I was there for a quick stay, so, unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to enjoy the trails.

The layout of the campsites is very privately cozy and well maintained. Nicely flat ground areas for tents, and many opportunities for hammock spaces in the area. The evening solar lights keep the sites well-lit and very inviting. The campfire kettle rings and swivel grill are very functional for camp cooking. The hobby farm animals are very entertaining to watch, and it was very fun to help Pamela feed them during their feeding schedules. The composting toilet is very clean and well kept. Cellular service is very limited, but accessible north near the farm and south near the property line. Many supplies were available in addition to the site bookings and were greatly appreciated. I will definitely be returning :)

We love Blue Lake Biergarten! Our family joined two other families for a fall camping weekend, and had a lovely time. The camping areas are so spacious we all had plenty of room. The grates on the fire pits were perfect for cooking our meals, and the kids had a blast playing capture the flag and collecting dead sticks for campfires. Our weekend lined up with a tasting event from Long Road Distilling, which was a fun treat when we visited the biergarten. We're already looking forward to the next time we go!

We set up camp in the back location and it was a nice stay. Great spot for pets as they have plenty of room to run around. Nice trails throughout the woods to check out. The night sky was the best! We could see every star imaginable! Would recommend!

The camp spot on Luke's farm was lovely. While we requested the kayaks for their pond, we did not end up using them. The space was very private. We had a little trouble getting to the space as the direction listed in the booking did not land you immediately into the space, but more like adjacent. We arrived late and it was dark out so we had a tough time knowing where to turn, there was very little signage to indicate where exactly to go, and we did not have the best cell service. We made it to their farm and we were given a map. Overall, i would stay there again and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful time out in nature. The views of the autumn foliage were abundant. Thank you!

What a fun place to camp! The included bundle of wood on my first night was a lovely surprise, and the little touches like wildflowers, the lighted port-o-let and a bucket of water for extinguishing the campfire were appreciated. This is all before we get to the quaint Biergarten with a food truck, a small assortment of mixed drinks and beers from local breweries who use hops grown on the farm. I hiked Owasippe Scout Reservation’s trails, which were nearby, and visited Lake Michigan. Great visit!

Well, we camped here this summer and absolutely adored it! And… We vowed to return for fall camping! Well, one of us got to, I had to work. But once again, my husband had a wonderful time in one of the most beautiful settings we’ve ever been to. Being that secluded camping in Michigan is absolutely wonderful. My granddaughter went with us this summer and she cannot wait to go back next year. She was not happy grandpa went without her! A good center point for short drives for biking, kayaking, or just going to town! And the drive to get anywhere is very pretty. See you next summer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our night on Pamela’s land- the campsites that she provides are well-maintained, level and felt very private from the farm areas, though the animals’ enclosures were seen from where we were located. The outhouse is charming, honestly! and I appreciated the Hen & Hive samplers she made available inside. We could hear shooting activity from the nearby gun club early in the evening, but it was over as dusk approached- and this was something Pamela pointed out in the site description. We are always thankful for the honesty property owners share about what we might experience from beyond the campsite borders.
