Just went winter camping here. The stay was great, it was a little hike down and the trail was marked well with small flags and signs. We had a group of 4 and the tent held us no problem, the wood stove was super warm I didn’t even use my sleeping bag, also kept us dry from the freezing rain. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Make sure to bring an axe or hatchet to split your firewood for the little stove inside. Would definitely recommend for first time winter campers if you’re new to it.

Weekend Trip to SnugLife Camping
Jody and Keith’s site was beautiful. The stove in the tent kept it cozy throughout the autumn night. They provided a garden cart to transport our things which was helpful. The air mattress was as comfortable as an air mattress can be. Jody and Keith recommended that we bring lights, since we were arriving after sunset, but we foolishly overestimated the power of our phone flashlights. So definitely bring a few lanterns. I would definitely stay again. It was beautiful by the river.

beautiful, restful, only bring what u can carry down a bumpy, rocky, hilly half mile, bring water, wood, lights. my dog and i were very content. the heater wood stove was hard to figure out, glad it wasn't colder. the latrine situation was also confusing. i was not prepared to pack out my trash, sadly. I'll be better prepared when we come again, maybe for a few days next time. The tent, bed, platform, site were clean, comfy and inviting. would still be comfy w more people. the full moon on the brook at night was intoxicating ♡ thanks for letting me reserve so late and last minute!! k n maya

If you need a training ground for first time "campers" (like my 3- and 6-year-old kids), this is fantastic! Jody and Keith are so nice and were more than happy to accommodate and guide what we needed. The site is rustic and we found the walk there perfect for setting the tone of having an adventure, but being close enough, just-in-case. Walking down to the small river (brook?) was excellent exploring and we were able to enjoy our time!

What a great spot. Hearing the river the entire time is the most soothing experience. The dense tree canopy keeps the ground very cool and comfortable. Some great spots to hang up hammocks. The firewood we ordered lasted us for the weekend, which was extremely helpful. While you do have to trek a little to the site, it is absolutely worth it. Looking forward to coming back

Jody & Keith were exceptional hosts! The directions to the site were clear and the campsite was just as spectacular as listed on Hipcamp! As newbie campers, we felt comfortable with the accommodations and plan on returning in the future! What a peaceful and magical slice of heaven right on the river! Overall, the spot is lovely and we would recommend it to others. As others have mentioned, the listing could be a little more clear as to how dicey the walk is to the campsite. Using a wheelbarrow to carry our things wasn't feasible--that's no problem though, we will just pack more efficiently next time! Lastly, something to be mindful of is that there were campers on the other site during our stay and we noticed that sounds from the other campsite can be pretty audible at times. Still, we would definitely return!

Definitely pack light, “walk” is a bit of a hike to the site. But, we absolutely loved the serenity and peace by the river. Waking up to the sound of the water rushing by is second to none. The hosts were very hospitable and communicative.

We absolutely loved camping at Snuglife! The trek down and back is no joke, but once you get to the campsite it’s absolutely amazing! You’re right by the stream which is great to cool off in and just to listen to as you fall asleep. We’re already talking about when we can come back! Wonderful campsite on a little stream. So lovely to wake up listening to the water!! Firepit has a grate on it for cooking and there is a trash can with a lid at the site. Only book if you are able-bodied, as there is a 1/4th mile trek from where you can park your car to the campsite but well worth it if you are up for it! The hosts kindly leave a wheelbarrow to use :)

We loved Rehovot Glenn! It was very private and quiet. Though there was a short walk to the site from parking, it was well worth it. Michael and Jenner were super friendly and helpful (not to mention have the most adorable dog!). We would definitely suggest a visit if possible, but if visiting in the summer, bring some bug spray 😀. There are nice trails both on the property and in the general area plus some great parks and attractions that are conveniently located.

Michael & Jenner were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly welcoming, always ready to help in every possible way, making our stay truly special. Their land is a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway, with beautiful surroundings and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here you won’t be disappointed!
