We had such a great time at camp brave n it! We had acres of beautiful wooded land with hiking trails right outside our door all to ourselves! Kennebunk was a short drive away, but we honestly spent more time just enjoying our site. We also came also a local brewery up the road called Funky Bow that I definitely recommend checking out! The horse corral site was private, quiet and spacious for our Van camping trip to enjoy the beautiful beaches nearby. We saw a hummingbird, a family of turkeys, and heard some very vocal owls. The bathroom was clean and well appointed. We had a great time and cant wait to return next season!

Weekend Trip to Camp Bravenit

Great spot to set up camp. Site is private, located on a dead end road. A little tricky to get our 28 foot travel trailer into the horse coral but nice and level once inside. Electricity provided via extension cords worked for all our energy needs in early September and long hose from cabin worked well for water hookup. Both extension cords and long hose were at the ready for easy hook ups. We had a strong signal via T-Mobile. Picnic table, fire ring and grill were on-site as well as some nice maps showing trails on-site. Loved walking the trails with our pups. Added the hot tub experience which was well worth it-enjoyed a nice soak under the beautiful starry sky. Sean was quick to respond to any questions and a great host.

We had such a wonderful stay at Iris Meadow Farm! Cheryl and Michael are kind, welcoming hosts and their property is so peaceful. We especially enjoyed visiting with them during our stay. We’re extra grateful for their help during our chaotic morning when our little dog decided to make a break for it through the pastures and backyard—they were so understanding and helpful! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful getaway. We’d happily stay again. 🌿🐾 And check out their sweet little farm store! We left with some treasures and ate some of the farm fresh vegetables with dinner!

Weekend Trip to Spacious Skies Walnut Grove Campground

It's a neat and clean campground. The restrooms were spotless. It's peaceful and beautiful. The linens package I received was a pleasant bonus. Comforter and pillows were plush, sheets were nice and towels seemed new. Very nice! Staff was pleasant and polite. It's been over 15 years since I've been camping and the cabin with linens was a step up I needed. I would book again.

From the beautiful trails through the wild flowers next go the pond to the cowboy hot tub under the stars and of course the warm shower on a chilly morning, our family was so at home at Bravenit. Very quiet, with own firepit (grate) and wood. Water and electric (might need an adapter) on site. Bathroom and shower were top of the line. Outdoor shower was for braver souls willing to bare all to his/her animal friends. Trails go by old barns and sheds and out to fields, woods and streams. A wonderful stay that allowed quick (20 min) trips to Kennebunkport and Atlantic Ocean, too.

Such a wonderful stay at Cheryl and Michael’s farm! The property is peaceful and charming, with a sweet little farm stand stocked with seasonal goodies. Cheryl and Michael were lovely hosts—welcoming, kind, and attentive. They even went above and beyond by lending us a small dog pool so I could give my pup a much-needed bath! A great spot with warm hospitality—I’d absolutely stay here again.

Weekend Trip to Iris Meadow Farm

A great little spot on the way up to Acadia and near to Kennebunkport. Everything you need to shop for is about a 10 minute drive away (grocery stores, Target, Home Depot etc) but you feel like you're n the middle of the country. Spacious spot next to the green house and barn. Super friendly animals too! Definitely check out Cheryl's garden it is amazing. Our stay was too short and too chore filled to do any sightseeing or to enjoy the amazing property. Be sure to take more time than we could!
