Enjoy thoughtfully placed gathering spaces throughout the forest, including a whimsical Forest Tea Party area and Uncontained, our cozy repurposed shipping container—perfect for reading, board games, or shelter during a summer pop-up thunderstorm. Walk the short Jeremiah Dixon/Charles Mason Trail, a path similar to one they would have taken in the 1700s. Follow it through the forest and across the creek to our homestead, where you can place one foot in Maryland and one in Delaware at the historic Mason–Dixon marker beneath an old wild cherry tree. Before heading back, stop at the main farm gate to visit our friendly goats—Dixie, Dolly, and Star. Come rest, wander, and reconnect—for this calming experience is where time slows and nature leads.

HORSES WELCOME!  Why not run your horse on the beach, then come to our campsites to relax for the rest of your day.  There is a fenced pasture positioned next to the sites so you can see your faithful friend enjoying some grass or hay.  We have a new Zinger 29' trailer set up with a bunk room and another bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom.  It can easily sleep six people.  If you have your own RV, we have a full hook up at the same area.  The pasture where your horse stays will also have hay, water and shelter with a run-in.  This is a sanctuary for our animals.  We have nine animals here, four horses (some minnies) and five donkeys (some minnies).  By staying here, you will be helping us to support our animals.  We are in Frankford, De which is close to all the beaches and parks.  There are many shopping adventures awaiting you, either outlets or upcycle stores.  If you just want to relax, there is a small pond out back stocked with bass and turtles.  We have 17+ acres but we only use the front five acres and leave the rest for the deer, foxes, eagles, hawks and whatever else shows up.  We believe this is Heaven on earth and would love to share it will you.  So please come, stay at our farm and relax.  We are here year round.

Our horse farm is located in one of the most rural areas of Southern New Jersey. This land was once occupied by The Lanape Tribe. The adjacent creek was named after Chief Alloway. We really enjoyed cabin #2. There's nothing fancy, but that air conditioning worked great. It was super quiet especially at night. It's an older camp ground but we really liked it. We especially loved the fact that there was a fully functional blast from the past merry-go-round. This thing is painted like a strawberry to match the name of the farm. It spins as though it was installed just yesterday instead of maybe 40 years ago. It's a little dated, but we highly recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great time at Strawberry Crossroads! It’s very affordable and close to the beach, so it’s a great spot if you want to camp without spending a fortune. The lake was full of snapping turtles, fish, frogs, and plenty of other wildlife, which made it a lot of fun to explore. Best of all, there were almost no mosquitoes, which was a huge bonus. We’ll definitely be back!

This is our Zinger 29' trailer with a bunk room and master bedroom. It is equiped with a full kitchen and bath.

We had a great stay over July 4th weekend. The Barndominium overlooks the goats and chickens and other animals, so we had fun running out to feed them throughout the day while taking shelter in the beautiful air-conditioned 2 bedroom space during the brutal heat. It was easy to drive to Fenwick State Park beach for a morning run and Bethany Beach for the fireworks. 10 minutes away is a great grocery store and pizza restaurant.

This is a great spot for new campers! Wide and clear walking paths around the pond and a nicely kept fire pit. The cabin is small but has everything you need to enjoy yourself. Conveniently located and well kept outhouse nearby. Our dogs loved exploring this property.

Very nice property. The private pond and the surrounding property are beautiful. Although there are houses on the perimeter of the property, you can’t really see them and it feels like you are in the middle of the forest (which you kind of are!). The privacy is just right since there are only 5 sites (4 tent or pull in RV sites and 1 Cabin) and they are spread out around the pond with plenty of space between each. The owners, Dan and Carol, were absolutely phenomenal. Dan came by on his golf cart every day to check on me (I was solo camping in the Cabin). Carol also came with him once. Aside from the privacy and rest/relaxation that I desperately needed, the best part was meeting Dan and Carol. Super nice hosts! Anyone looking for an off grid camping experience should camp here!

My husband and I with our 3 children had so much fun staying in a mini cabin at Strawberry Crossroads. They have some goats that would visit us in the morning, which was so fun. Grateful for the cleanliness of the bathrooms/showers. Having mattresses already on the beds was also very helpful. Felt very comfortable and safe there. Great place to camp!
