The Road To Serenity: Our road is a quaint old country farm road made of grass and a few gravel patches here and there. It is a bit of a bumpy ride, so take it slow and easy as you make your way to our hidden getaway. There is one sharp left turn over a culvert and some dips and mild inclines, so low-sitting vehicles should definitely take it slow. The road narrows as you get closer to the site, but there are reflectors along the way to keep you on the right path. We highly recommend arriving before dark. Parking: Parking is on the grass meadow between the entrance to the meadow and the walking path to the campsite. Reflectors are in place to outline the parking area. Avoid driving beyond the parking area and down steep inclines in the meadow, as softer ground presents a risk for getting stuck. A gorilla wagon is available in the parking area to help transport your belongings to the campsite. Toilet and Shower Set-up: There is a privacy tent that contains a toilet seat over a bucket. Place a bag with absorbent materials in the bucket for your biological needs. A portable automatic shower providing hot water is also available. Pets: For the safety of your pets, ensure that they are treated for ticks prior to camping. Be sure to check for ticks before bringing pets into the tent. Noises and Sounds: This property is located in a rural community, and campers may occasionally experience common city noises such as airplanes flying overhead, distant traffic, or distant firearm shots. I had such a wonderful time here! The area was so beautiful and the little house thing they have set up with a bed was so comfy and cute. The hosts were super kind and responsive and super understanding of the emergency situation that had come up for me.They have a heater and fire wood available for a small fee. Will most definitely be coming back soon!

The A frames were adorable but note that you are literally only provided with a mattress with sheets and that you should bring chairs to sit around the fire and blankets if it is going to be cold. Had an amazing stay and would recommend to all my friends looking for slightly more comfortable camping where you have to bring minimal gear!

Weekend Trip to Conowingo Creek Campsite

We had a lovely fall weekend glamping on Gini’s land. The site is beautiful and well maintained and the tent is very comfortable and filled with everything you could want even for cold weather camping. Gini’s hospitality was also exceptional (going out of their way to provide extra blankets and hot water bottles to one of our party who camped in a tent), and the land is perfect to walk through. Our dogs enjoyed the freedom safely. Will definitely be back!

Michael’s campsite is one of the best camping sites I’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend it to campers of all ages. Michael was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and nice. The scenery is beautiful and the outhouse is sufficient and not too far away. The site is located on an active farm so there is an occasional truck or farm vehicle that comes by, but otherwise it is very private as there are no other sites next to it. I will definitely be booking this place again in the future!

Josh and Becca are very friendly and welcoming. The camper we stayed in was very nice and modern. Our 6 yr old daughter had a blast playing with Josh's kids and the zip line. I would recommend staying here if you enjoy the outdoors and animals.

My wife and two older dogs loved glamping at Conowingo creek! When they say they take care of everything, they mean it. We definitely overpacked thinking, “surely they won’t have x item, we should bring it from home” but they do have everything except your food, clothes, and toiletries outside of the normal soaps. Being able to let the dogs off leash on the 23 acres and take a dip in the creek made our weekend. It was nice to just connect with each other in nature with ease. Would definitely recommend!
