I had a nice stay here. The privy was clean and it's only 30-40 minute drive from Bangor. The sites are on a slight grade of a hill but it isn't that bad and they each have a fire ring and picnic table with a trash can.

This is one of those rare finds that you don’t want to leave. Our campsite was on a grassy knoll overlooking the river/lake and surrounded by acres of lawn. We could watch the water from our bed. Just beautiful. My husband enjoyed a chat with the owner and got some of the history of the place. Our dog was in doggy heaven.

John’s place was absolutely beautiful. The fields, the fall foliage, the autumn light filtering through the trees, the breeze blowing off the river—heaven on earth. Our dog was able to run around, we were able to step away from work, and the kids were able to enjoy the natural surroundings. We can’t wait to come back!

Visit our Remote cabin with all the comforts of home. Cook dinner on the fire pit and then relax and enjoy the warm glow of the lights and look at the stars.

This was such an amazing find! They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. We were only able to spend a weekend here but plan to come back for a bit longer in the spring! We spent an amazing couple nights tenting out right next to the Androscoggin River at John's 3rd camp site. Our hosts were wonderfully welcoming and accommodating — when we arrived we found our canoe that we rented was already waiting for us by the river's edge. Which is truly a must if you visit here as there is plenty to explore offshore. If the water doesn't entice you, there are also over 12 miles of trails a rock throw from the site that you are able to explore. Because of the kindness and helpfulness of our hosts, the undeniably beautiful views of the river (add on the fall foliage as a major perk), as well as the ability to explore an amazing area, is why we have full intensions of coming back again.

I loved Sandi and Brandon"s cabin! The land is beautiful and you feel miles away and secluded from everyone else. The cabin itself is very comfortable, clean and cozy. They thought of everything! The covered porch was great and we enjoyed our fires in the fire . The sheep came to visit and were peaceful to watch. I 100% recommend staying here. It's so relaxing!

Razell and Bentley were amazing! I got into town late at night and they still took the time to walk me through how to get there on the phone and then take me out to the site. The site was amazing, beautiful views and remote enough to really feel like camping. The campsite was stocked with wood and grilling supplies (even stocked with eggs from the farm) when I got there. The site was very clean and well taken care of, you can tell they genuinely care about your experience. Will definitely be back!
