A private wooded lot on a road with farms and woodland. Some road noise from Middlesex road during commuting times that quiets down for sleeping. Topsham is lovely and I'm grateful to live here and share this space with travelers! My site is designed to be low-priced, easy in-out, and a convenient stop-over for the traveler. Water and respite available here for a day or two, if this area is your destination or if you're on the road toward an adventure. A single private site. Pajaritaflora Artist Studio/Gallery is located here. I am an artist. Welcome to my studio property. There is a long spacious spot for most sizes RV. It has level grass for you to park on. There is a group fire pit area on the grounds for everyone. Many people do not need electricity these days. So I have lowered the price of the spot. It is without electricity. You can add it on if you wish at $20 per night. You will need a long extension, and it is 20 amps. I have water for your holding tank. Sorry, no sewer. This is an excellent spot for a short stay. It is good if you need to be here a couple of days prior to your campground stay! I have been enjoying hosting campers here for the past two seasons. I can't wait to meet you! This is my third season here.

Sarah takes a great deal of care to make it nice, with a container of fresh water, a compost toilet, wood for the fire left in various sizes ranging from kindling to bigger logs. It is private and peaceful, and my dogs and I enjoy it immensely.
