It is important for you to keep your dog on the leash until you hit the rock wall. We also have geese, they are of the nice geese persuasion, they will usually veer away from you upon being approached. We do not want any pets chasing our geese. They have goslings now so will be protective of their young. At the cabin, they are welcome to be off leash, but should respond to voice commands and not be left outside unattended. Also, Maine is very dog friendly. There are few places you can’t take your pet. If you’re not pet friendly, please let us know.
