Julia’s place is everything that is described. The pictures are accurate- it really is that peaceful and quiet. It was very private just as promised, but with easy access to primary roads. A really nice touch was the firewood that she provided. All the necessary amenities were there.

WE SAW A LYNX! Easily the highlight! With the exception of the road you definitely feel like you’re camping in the woods in the middle of no where which was the vibe we wanted. No picnic table. I would highly recommend hammock camping here as the ground is pretty uneven. The host was super nice.

I stayed here for two nights with two other folks and we had a great time! The site is beautiful and quiet. You could hear the wind in the trees and nature all around. It was just the getaway we were looking for! Mikaela was also an excellent host! She was very responsive and took time to answer all my questions to the fullest extent. I would highly recommend this site to anyone passing through or looking to get away for a while and reconnect to nature ❤️

We had a great stay! Booked last minute and it did the trick. We brought our two dogs - the one thing I didn’t expect was to be that close to the road which does have the occasional car as the listing describes. It is not 100% private. The outhouse is super cute! You can tell a lot of thought went into it. Great place to stay to explore the Boothbay area.

Beautiful, peaceful, private wooded site. Stunning view of the woods from the pit toilet. Well thought out amenities at the site. Hostess, Shawntel, was very kind, helpful, and responsive. Serenaded by loons every night. Would have preferred a more level tent site but would definitely stay here again.

Really nice stay in the Maine woods. Quiet and private. Centralish location for Augusta, Boothbay, and Wiscasset, all of which we wanted to visit. Hookups were all great and the water pressure was good. Only issue we had was that the 50-amp electrical connection is in a power box with a narrow space for the cord. Totally fine if you have a 50-amp power cord, but we needed to use a 50a-to-30a converter and our dogbone style one proved too wide to fit in the cable area. We were able to pickup a different style of adapter at Walmart and that worked great. Met a friendly neighbor who took us out on the lake in her boat, so got a free tour of the area too! Communication with the host was fast and easy.

After staying in Acadia national park busy Campgrounds it was so nice to come here and unwind with lots of space and privacy with full hook ups. It was close to great hiking and sightseeing. We enjoyed Baileys Island just a short drive away. Julia was very responsive, welcoming, and accomodating.

MIkael, was a welcoming and responsive host. The woods and location are absolutely beautiful and private. The bugs are no joke but if you're use to Maine in July this is no suprise; happy we brought our screenhouse, and picardian to keep the ticks away. I will plan on bringing a solar shower next time, as the pond is beautiful but access was a bit tricky. We will return for sure. I would 100% recommend New Sphere.
