You won’t be sorry should you be in need of a place camp or RV for a bit! The nights are beautiful out there too! We ended up staying on longer than expected. Kool fact, while I didn’t think him cocky, waking to a rooster in the morning is actually really cool:)) It was super cold for most of the night we were there but Dave and Tara were gracious and kind and shared some flannel blankets to help keep lab River warm. Filled my heart with joy to be welcomed so. So grateful to have met them and found their wonderful location!! Added additional days as needed and they made everything wonderful! It was beautiful watching the sunset. over the alpacas in the field. As we sat by the fire making dinner. Friendly kitties almost took one home in our pocket… they were just so darn cute! Heritage Farm was such a great getaway to slow down and soak in nature’s sounds and farm life! We enjoyed it all- from hiking in the woods with the goats to feeding and walking the alpacas! All experiences we have never had. Our daughters (ages 3 & 5) especially loved the huge slide down the hill and the adorable cats and kittens to play with. Tim and Beth are wonderful hosts! If you’re looking for a great place to unwind and reset, Heritage Farm is truly the place to escape to!

This is our second time staying at Kurt’s this year. We will be back next Spring for sure. This site is private and quiet. Kurt has thought of everything. You can tell that he is a camper by the way that the site is designed. The site is easy to back into. The sewer, water and electric hookups are perfectly placed and easy to use. Kurt’s property is beautiful. Can’t wait to come back.

We camped in the front of the camp site We had a nice spot and quiet. We took a trail and met other campers they were super friendly. The trails were really nice . We went to use the outhouse and a squirrel was in there, I ran so fast back the site I ran out of my shoes. I tried again later and a chipmunk ran across my foot . Needless to say we have a great story Host was awesone when bad weather was approaching. He even checked on us . Great visit and we will be back again.😆 🤣

Weekend Trip to Heavenly Acres Creekside Camp

Absolutely loved staying here! I car camp with my agility dogs and was looking for somewhere to stay while in the area competing. Sometimes it's hard to find a place that a) allows dogs and b) allows people to sleep in their cars and c) has spots you can drive into. This fit all the bills so I was really happy to be able to stay! Forrest met me at the gate and we talked farm animals, chickens, ducks... he showed me the camping area and gave me a choice of a few areas. I got set up in a nice spot that was easy to get into and out of because I leave very early (read: very dark!) in the morning for the start of our competitions. It's quiet and private, even though there were some other campers. LOTS of space, so even in the area I was setting up in, I had the room to find some nice level ground to park. I was gone much of the day and early to bed both nights I stayed, but the farm looks incredible and no doubt the farm tour would provide an amazing experience if you have kids. There's a huge variety of farm animals! Easy to find with a sign right on the main road to steer you in. Outhouse on the property is always a big benefit! Loved staying here and will definitely be back!

Always a great stay at Havendale Farm. I've stayed many times in the car camping spot and this time stayed with a friend, so we booked two spots. Truly there's no bad location when you stay here! You can park in the shade of a tree and enjoy the rustle of leaves for the night. Dave is great and always very welcoming. This is my favorite place to stay when I'm in the Indianapolis area. Highly recommended.
