The new ownership team is dedicated to revitalizing the park, and significant upgrades have already been made. The beach has been extended with fresh sand, and the beach bar and restaurant are now open for guests to enjoy. Our office now offers carryout beer, alcohol, Dippin’ Dots, and convenience store items. Currently, 29 cabins are available for rent, with 12 having undergone complete renovations. While the two-story banquet hall remains closed and boarded up, plans for future renovations are in the works. Over the next few years, we aim to renovate more cottages, with 12 already updated. Large secluded cove near our barn and garden. Watch the sun come up from the orchard. There is 1 electrical plug so not all 3 spaces have electric but you can run a cord. There is also a single water spigot to share as well. There are 2 houses somewhat visible through the trees but no direct line of sight and otherwise private. We have 2 dogs, Whiskey and Barb, Whiskey will usually keep her space but bark, if you ignore her she will be friendly, acts mean but never bites. Barbara is a Jack Russell. She will jump in the truck if you don't tell her not to and will happily run off with snacks. We ask you please don't feed them as it will teach them to come for food and some people don't appreciate the dogs.. This is a farm so you may see and smell animals. Depending on when you book you may even be somewhat near animals. Be aware of this and be ready to keep dogs contained. We typically run pigs in the woods around the cove but we move them regularly and keep the smell to a minimum by doing so.

This was once a self sustaining farm built in the 1950s. The farm raised cattle, pigs, chickens. There was 35 tillable acres which produced corn and oats for the livestock. The farm had its own feed grinder in the old barn. There is an old hand built cooler room where all the meat was stored. There are four wells on
the farm one of which is used for watering animals and cooling alpacas on hot summer days.

This is a really cute well maintained farm. We were met with delicious muffins and firewood from the available extras. We could see some farm animals from our spot. Porta potty was clean and host came to check that we didn’t need anything. We spent time around the fire before bed. It was also really nice that a Love’s travel station was at the same exit so we got gas, ice cream, checked tire pressures, and if needed Loves has dump stations for a fee. A great hip camp experience. Easy to find and close to Indianapolis. We saw the zoo and showered at the Indy YMCA before arriving at our camp spot.

This worked out well for our weekend stay while visiting family in the area. Due to being gone most of the day for other events, we weren't able to take full advantage of the nice fire ring and picnic table area. However, the full hook-ups with the added benefit of WiFi were greatly appreciated after a full day. This is a lovely, quiet property well-maintained by a helpful host. We hope to return again.

We camped in a Class B Roadtrek Zion. Our site #4 was perfect. Everything was very neat and organized and the person who greeted us was very friendly. We also enjoyed watching the horses who were just as interested in watching us. The bathroom facilities although a porta potty was very clean and private with a wash up table next to it. We loved the numerous willow trees.

Love being the only RV around! We’ve traveled the entire US over the past two years, and stayed in many RV parks and out of the norm spots.
This spot is beautiful, peaceful, and we love being by the horses. We have two dogs who also love the horses.
Michael is friendly and helpful! Definitely would stay here again.
One or two caveats: water has a lot of rust in it, so come prepared to change filters often
Spot is in the close vicinity of a construction yard so there is a lot of movement and pieces of equipment around

This was a great spot for us to stop for the work week on our roadtrip. Peaceful, private, nice camper hookups, and the wifi didn’t let us down once! The parking pad is level and pulling in was super easy. The best part was the clear view of the night sky and the field of fireflies at dusk.
Kurt was a great host - very thoughtful. He came by to introduce himself but wasn’t intrusive. He sent timely and thorough communication.
It was a quick drive into town and Purdue’s campus. We’ll definitely keep it in mind for future travels.

Loved having a site surrounded by a Willow Tree Grove. It the afternoon/evening we had wonderful shade with a nice breeze throughout the day. Host was helpful and responsive. Firewood was waiting for us and apple crisp was delicious! My kids loved being able to see all the horses, turkeys, and chickens.
