Large secluded cove near our barn and garden. Watch the sun come up from the orchard. There is 1 electrical plug so not all 3 spaces have electric but you can run a cord. There is also a single water spigot to share as well. There are 2 houses somewhat visible through the trees but no direct line of sight and otherwise private. May see us feeding animals or tending garden. There is also a livestock guardian dog (Cotton) on property, we just ask that you please do not feed her or leave food/trash laying around for her to find.  This is a farm so you may see and smell animals. Depending on when you book you may even be somewhat near animals. Be aware of this and be ready to keep dogs contained. Ask us about purchasing a bag of fresh meat or veggies from our market garden Henrysmarketindiana.comThis listing is intended for overnighters more so than someone wanting to spend the weekend with a bunch of people. Large secluded cove near our barn and garden. I will be wandering around tending to chores in the early mornings/evenings as well as most days on the weekend. Peaceful, quiet spot. Easy to find. Just passing through and stayed one night. Cotton came to visit in the early morning hours. She and my dog played for a little bit and off she went. Sweet dog. Great stay!

Quiet, tranquil, resting spot!
What a beautiful site, it was quiet and very shaded. The town was just a few miles away with convenience of anything was needed. I enjoyed my stay. Justin and his family were very hospitable and even shared some yummy vegetables which I have thoroughly enjoyed during my journey. I would definitely visit again!

I had a great time tent camping at Justin’s property. The space was so unique, being surrounded by the farm animals was such a nice touch. The property itself it absolutely beautiful and it was perfect for a weekend escape!

Privacy
I loved the peace, quiet, and privacy. The farm animals hanging out added to the unique experience. I just loved it. Would do it again.

Overall we had a great experience. We had the campsite to ourselves and I set up a hammock to sleep in. My family slept in our vehicle. It was fun to be near the animals but one of the pigs was overly friendly and there was a dog that barked part of the night. So not as peaceful as it might seem but if you’re looking for a low cost camping alternative this fits the bill. We felt very safe.

If you are looking for a simple camp spot, this place is great! As a solo traveler I felt very safe the whole time. It is on a farm so expect some farm noises but I thought it really added to the unique stay. The sunrise in the morning was beautiful and Justin was great at communicating. Would recommend for those looking for a simple place to pitch a tent or hang a hammock!
