Each site is in a wooded, shaded area with a flat area on the ground to place a single large tent. Each site has its own fire ring and a small wooden table. There is wood on the ground you may use for firewood, and ample twigs etc on the ground for kindling (do not cut any trees or branches off trees). There is a covered firewood shed with dry firewood as well. There are maintained trails with river access for kayaks. There are 2 porta potties near the campsites with a handwashing station, that is open year round. There is a single bathroom with flush toilet and sink with running water that is a short walk away (open May-Oct depending on weather) There is an outdoor on-demand hot-water shower at bathroom, with a water hose available as well. On-demand hot water heaters provide hotter water at a low water pressure, and cooler water at full blast.
We do provide a large trash bin near the porta potties for trash disposal. DO NOT throw trash into fire pits or burn barrels in the woods.
Campsites are a short walk (100-200 feet) away from parking area (you CANNOT drive directly to or park at your campsite). Foster Park is a short bike ride away where you will find greenway trails that run throughout Fort Wayne (ride your bike to downtown!!) Our property backs up to the St Mary's River, bring you kayaks and fishing poles!

MORE NOTES ABOUT THE CAMPSITE: We're flexible with wherever you would like to pitch your tent, but the spots we have established are next to our cabin (where the lighting is best and the ground is flattest.) Parking is most easily found next to these sites as well (and the lighting is also excellent.) Also, in the near vicinity, a shared firepit is readily available and can accommodate at least 12 people.

Songdog Meadows is our little piece of joy, from morning swims in the pond, long walks with our retrievers and sunsets to take your breath away, it is truly and deeply a treasure we cherish. The property host a variety of apple trees, open grass land, and a large cluster of trees surrounding a 3/4 acre pond, while being surrounded by wood lots on three sides and open fields to the west. There are two basins with a channel and a peaceful tree filled grass area between. The pond is in the corner of the 10 acre lot where we live at the end of a dirt road with only a small amount of traffic. A stone fire pit and picnic table sit just off shore of the swimming area of the pond. There are several wide mowed pathways surrounded by prairie grasses, shaded by large trees. The area can easily handle several tents, hammocks and small RVs. The area is rural farm land with a handful of houses on the short dirt road. But this property is surrounded by wood lots and open fields. Two neighbors houses are visible but separated by trees. Our house is visible from the pond and camping area.

Our lot offers full hookups with 50-amp electrical service (guests will need to bring their own connections). The site features mature trees that provide partial shade for much of the day and is just around the bend from Lake Ridinger, where guests can enjoy the beach or launch a boat from the boat ramp. We're also less than 14 minutes from the Barbee Lake Chain, which offers public access points for excellent fishing, including musky.
Park amenities include two heated pools, boat and pontoon rentals, mini golf, gem mining, volleyball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, gaga ball, pickleball, weekly activities, themed weekends, and appearances by the beloved Yogi Bear characters from time to time.

Private, huge, level but also sloping down to Fawn River site with perfect mix of 🌞 and 🌫️, and a large farm/woods to roam. Road and path to site was smooth enough for my low trailer and car. Hosts were excellent in all ways, just right at being informative, helpful or accommodating, but yet allowed us full privacy. Very interesting areas to explore in both NW Indiana and SW Michigan. The hosts and their farm are exceptional. Ask Mr. Graber about one of the split rocks around the campfire... and sample Mrs. Grabers baked goods. And relax in nature.

What a wonderful place to stay! The location off of the US 12 was very convenient. The private site itself was part of a concrete driveway in the rear of the host's beautiful home. It was equipped with a 50 amp electric hookup and a dump station. Firewood and starter kindling was readily available. And best of all, it was very quiet at night. We highly recommend this Hipcamp. It far exceeded our expectations!

Great full-hookup spot! The Barndominium is beautiful and the grounds include a pickleball court, fire pit with chairs, and great landscaping. We were the only ones staying on the grounds and it was nice and quiet. The owner was on-site upon our arrival and was very kind, welcoming and accommodating.
Would stay again and would recommend, especially for those looking for a place to stay near Notre Dame!

What a great hidden gem! Site was concrete, level, full 50a RV hookups, tucked away behind the barn. "Star Host" is an understatement- they were beyond welcoming, very accommodating, sociable and friendly. They were more like the neighbors you hope to get! The location was within walking distance to the lake, and short driving distance to Elkhart. The strongest recommendation I can make is that I will not hesitate to stay here again when in the area. Google Maps warning: Maps will take you to the wrong (dead-end!) street. I strongly recommend pulling over on the side of the street, *before* turning into any dead-ends, and walking it to see where the entrance is. The concrete pad is large, but it's probably better to back down the driveway if you can. I could probably have spun my 32' RV around, but just easier to avoid the issue and back down.

Shari and David have created a true little oasis at Graber Oasis! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed - not only by Shari and David, but also by a whole crew of adorable pups that immediately made us smile.
We were especially grateful for how kind and accommodating they were when inclement weather forced us to postpone our first night. Their flexibility and communication made a stressful situation so much easier.
The campsite itself is spacious, private, and beautifully situated right on the river. The newly installed water pump was incredibly convenient, and we appreciated having plenty of firewood, a picnic table, and hammock posts already set up. The complimentary kayaks and canoes were a fantastic bonus, and the river is perfect for a peaceful paddle.
We loved exploring the nearby hiking trails, watching the abundant wildlife, and taking in the beautiful scenery around the property. David was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed talking with him and learning more about the area and the property they've thoughtfully created for guests to enjoy.
If you're looking for a peaceful riverside getaway with wonderful hosts and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors, Graber Oasis is a gem. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to our next visit!

Incredibly gracious hosts, and spectacular countryside. Yes, you are in the parking lot of the wood shop business, but what that doesn't tell you is that it is nestled inside the most spectacularly beautiful amish country with farms on all four sides and the sound of buggies going by on the road as frequently as cars.
Laverne is happy to help.with whatever you need, to show off the shop and beautiful woodwork they produce and his lovely family and adorable doggies.
We have been vacationing in the general area for 25 years and never got the chance to enjoy it like this before. Definitely recommend.
