The address to the house next door is 519 MiddleFork Rd, Garden Valley, ID 83622. That will get you to the property. The property is right after 519 it is a large open lot that leads down to the river. There is a black military vehicle parked on the very end close to the house.
So there are two sections 1st is a flat section where you have plenty of room to set up tents and RVs. It is right off the road, and any car can get to the site with ease. The 2nd section is more wooded and has access to the river. You are welcome to tent camp here it is just getting an RV down there and out can be a challenge I don't recommend it. Also, the bridge across the river is the neighbors and so is the property across the river. There are roughly 4 campsites on the property but can camp where you want really.
Large flat spot above the river that has access to the water. Half of the property is a flat spot for RV's and tents the 2nd half is more green, woody and has access to the river. There is a deeper spot in the river that is 3-4 feet deep and is perfect to lounge in during the hot parts of the summer. Please pack out what you pack in and keep the place nice for the next camper. In the early 1900's three sheep ranchers--August Broderson, James Fisher, and Isaac Leighton--each purchased residential lots in Weiser and built brick homes designed by Idaho architect H. W. Bond. This property, which we named Butterfield Farms, was built in 1915 by August Broderson, who emigrated from Germany to the US in 1892. Salmon-Challis National Forest and Nez-Pearce Clearwater National Forest are its neighbors, while its Victor Peak, Loon Creek, Loon Lake, North Loon Mountain, Bruin Mountain, Bear Pete Mountain, and Boulder Creek could keep you busy for months. Forage for mushrooms or berries, fish in the chinook salmon hatchery at the South Fork of the Salmon River, or snowboard down Brundage Mountain. Hike to the three historic fire lookouts, or check out the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness, the second largest wilderness area outside Alaska (don’t worry, plenty before you have visited and returned).
In this wealth of outdoor activity, it’s hard to tear yourself away for a visit into town. However, you will be glad you took the time to visit the closest town of McCall, where luxury mountain lodges have thermal spas perfect for resting your aching bones in between treks up or down the mountains.

We have a nice private backyard for you to park your self contained camper. Ideal for a self contained campervan. Our space is really only big enough for rigs under 25 feet. We loved staying here! Beautiful grounds with room for the kids to play. Terri and her family were so friendly and accommodating. We got in very late and she still came out to help us get settled and gave us great recommendations for what to do the next day. A great place to stop and stay a couple days!

Catherine is a very Fine Host. And her place is accommodating and roomy. She also has a water hose that's long enough to reach your Trailer. Which was nice. Although not level, experienced RV'ers,(unlike me) can remedy that. It's close to the street, which doesn't bother me a lot.(LA Traffic) She has a Beautiful Place. And was very close to where I had something to do. Thank You.

Our stay was wonderful. The orchard was filled with fresh fruit , that was absolutely delicious..
Terri and her husband were awesome . We even got to enjoy a great bottle of wine that Terri offered up. The property was very well kept. Even though the tent site was close to the county road we still felt safe and comfortable. We even got a helpful hand from the resident dog to set up our tent. Highly recommend Terri-land . Look forward to staying there again.

I was met by Erin upon arrival. She was friendly and a great host (same for communication prior to arrival).
The location is set back in a lot behind the home. Its safe and secure with power and water. Nearby is a great firepit area (we didn't use as it was 95 degrees) and a gentle sheep named Tilly. Fun, quirky and comfortable! Really enjoyed our stay!

We discovered this spot last summer and it was a no-brainer to schedule again for this summer's road trip. The entire family is friendly and welcoming. The property has lots of charm. If your children can't live without wi-fi (like mine) then you are covered. My children were even enticed away from their screens long enough to enjoy the glorious view of the starry night sky. For a great diner breakfast experience, check out Joe Momma's, which is not too far away in Eagle, ID.

Loved my brief stay at the Sweet Pepper Ranch! It was a scorcher of a day but after a quick dip in the pool and shower, the tent was perfect and cozy. Great location with river access. We pulled a small overland trailer with a rooftop tent and were able to find a nice, flat space, and get it leveled out.
I don’t believe there is a beach but great water by the campsite. We didn’t make it to the water as we were visiting family, but our pups did. It’s a nice, long strip of mowed grass with mowed river access.
The military vehicle mentioned as a marker was tucked behind what I think was a box trailer, but the property was evident and the address brought us right there.
Quiet at night aside from occasional traffic and the river was audible from our tent.
