We knew our property was a special place when we found it during our search when we decided to move our alpaca farm from FL to GA. We have raised alpaca for last 17 years. They are a fiber producing animal (similar to sheep) as well as just a beautiful animal, have great personalities and it is amazing to watch the herd dynamics. We have 2 very spoiled donkeys (sister and brother-gelded) - have had them for about 18 years. We are committed to provide the best care possible for our animals and love to educate people about alpacas (and donkeys). There is a large covered deck overlooking the alpaca pastures - come hang out with them. We have a farm store onsite with various items for sale made out of the alpaca fiber (socks, scarves, sweaters, hats, plushies, etc). As part of your stay, we provide a short alpaca farm tour! There is a 2 acre pond on our property which is adjacent to the campsite area separated by a fence. The campsite area is located away from our main house and the alpaca barn. There is a picnic table available. We have a bathroom facility onsite (and in the future a shower) - a short walk from the campsite area. Jessica and Scott were amazing hosts. Lots of wildlife to see as well as chickens and some loving dogs. WiFi was very fast. They also had a nice bathroom with a hot shower. The city of Dublin was cute with lots of different restaurants.

Dwayne is a great host he went out of his way to make sure we got to our site even when we didn’t arrive until 9pm. We awoke in the morning to peaceful surroundings with goats , cows , horses and a few mules in the next field over along with the sounds of peacocks in the distance. Heavenly peace 🙏🙏

I loved tent camping here! Me, a buddy, and my doggo camped under the trees here for 2 nights. The place is great and well taken care of and the host Lorine was a dream Super Host! She let us use her spring water to top off our containers, sprayed the grounds with anti-bug spray, and checked on us occasionally to make sure we needed anything while also giving us a tour of her grounds! Loved sharing stories with you Lorine! Will definitely be back here again.

I think the yurt was absolutely great for a glamping trip. It had all the amenities you could want and even extra. I will say that it was a little difficult to get to but Kim's instructions work extremely helpful. I do suggest that you use a truck or a Jeep not that a car can't get down there but it's just easier. I think it would be really even much better once some of the debris from all the flooding and hurricanes is taking care of so that you can enjoy kayaking down the river unblocked but there is much woods to explore and it's perfect getaway to be with nature.

Took advantage of the kayaking on Sunday such a wonderful peaceful float.

Definitely a little confusing at first but was told they were still recovering from the hurricane. Even if it was confusing, it was perfect. Good views, active fish, going out on the lake/pond. Definitely going to come back if I'm back in the area. Would mark the campsites if it was me. If they were marked it would definitely help others.

This was a great place to stop overnight. Lori was a great host, she even built a fire before I arrived and gave me a stack of firewood. My dog loved running around on the land, and there was plenty of privacy. 10000% recommend!!!

Perfect riverside oasis!! Easy access boat ramp for kayaks or canoes. Tons of space and trails to roam in the adjacent wildlife management area. Definitely plan to return!!! Only a few people wandered down the trail on side by sides, but waved and left once they realized we were camping.
