Saturday's and Sunday's are very quiet. Monday through Friday has a bit of traffic during rush hour periods. Country location offers lots of peaceful charm and parklike atmosphere. We have a brand new public toilet too! And 30 amp hookups with excellent quality well water included.
Class A, B and C Rvs and vehicle campers are welcome, we have enough electrical hookups and water for all. Portable fire pit and wood are available too. Outdoor fire area also available next to one space.
Plus free range eggs are also available.
Supermarket is just 4 miles away. Gas station and dollar store are less than a mile. And there's a few excellent restaurants in downtown Guyton too. We look forward to seeing you here. Aloha

Our beautiful unique property has been in the family for 3 generations. Over the years, our family, plus artists, musicians, & writers have come here to refresh and get inspiration from nature. But with Hipcamp, we've opened up for others to enjoy.
We limit the number of guests staying here to no more than 10, but the daily average is only 4.
We have walking trails, a pond where you can kayak, relax on the dock, or feed the huge fish (sorry no fishing allowed.) Welcome to our page! Oak Grove Campsite is a beautiful, private campground near Savannah Ga. The campsite is nestled underneath one of our large oaks completed with plenty of room to roam around. Though I wasn’t able to meet Catherine in person, she was always available and very personable. The property is historic, and charming, with the biggest oak trees I’ve ever seen! We were provided with a fire ring, and ample firewood, and had an enjoyable stay. The dogs loved having room to roam, with a little bit of woods to explore.

Totally private the night we were there while still being very close to town for a few restaurants, coffee, etc. The kids loved seeing all the chickens and pigs and the host Marissa was super friendly. With easy access to power to boot, we would definitely stay again and will recommend this hipcamp to friends in NC.

We loved our stay at Whippoorwill Farms! We were only there one night, but definitely would have stayed longer should our schedule have allowed it. We have a three year old and she was in heaven exploring the farm, specifically hanging out with the horses. There was another camper in a spot nearby, but I still felt like we had privacy and more than enough room for our rig/car. Highly recommend!

I loved these trailers! We stayed for 3 nights/4 days. The campsite was super clean & cozy. It almost felt like camping in the 60's. The hot outdoor shower was a life saver in the cold weekend! There are trails to walk, horses to see, and a lot of peace & quite. I highly reccomend this place and will definitely be coming here again.

Steve has a beautiful, big back yard near Savannah ready for a visit. Just 20 minutes from everything you can't find a better place to park your rig if you're in the Savannah area. Easy in and out for any size camper with plenty of space to camp without feeling like you're encroaching on the family. Definitely a great place to stay!
