Enjoy a unique stay in the middle of Atlanta. This tiny home is located on an urban farm. The space is simple and comfortable, with a full bathroom, loft, Tempurpedic mattress, dining table, cooktop, TV and internet. There is a full closet for hanging clothes and several shelves. On the farm, you will find rows and rows of beautiful wildflowers. Within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops & zoo. The space We're right in the middle of the city, a short distance from many attractions. But when you set foot on the farm, you'll feel like your miles away. The tiny house sits behind a concrete block facade that remains from an old house. The space in front of the house may look empty, but it has been used by the farmers for seed starts. In the future, we will be converting the space to a patio with seating and ping pong. The water heater is small - pretend you’re glamping! You can get about a 5 minute shower or a good excuse for skipping it altogether. Guest access You may wander the farm, but please stay off the beds and be mindful that these guys work really hard! The farm is pretty quiet January and part of February. Other things to note There is also a vintage Airstream on the property and is also rented out on Airbnb. Weekend Trip to Tumble Down Shack

Richie was a great host and the shack was cute. The land is just uphill of the host's main house. You don't have to worry about the shared property because he respects your privacy. He said hello to us when we arrived and then we saw him again just before we checked out. It rained each night we stayed here and the shack kept us warm and dry.

The cabin was wonderful! So secluded and quiet. The hot tub was a big hit. The place was decorated with lovely furniture and there were sweet special touches everywhere! We got fresh flowers and a s’mores kit! It was a wonderfully equipped home.

Loved the tent camping provided including the appliances available to cook. Great sleeping space in the tent. Only recommendation is if the tent for the toilet is a little bigger. It was quite difficult to utilize due to the tight space. Other than that, I recommend if you need a quick and simple space to get away from the city.

My two sons, ages 12 and 6, and I stayed in the tiny house and had a great time. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. We liked that there were some kid friendly restaurants and a Publix within walking distance! The tiny house was clean and had everything we needed. Our host Jaya was responsive to my emails. I would stay here again.

Weekend Trip to Stone Mountain Glamping Site

We rented Kim's campsite for my husband's 40th birthday celebration. The woods on her property are lovely and private. You feel isolated, even though her property backs up to neighbors. It's super tranquil. We did not spend the night, as we had toddlers and only live 30 minutes away. We did utilize the fire pit and the additional wood Kim gifted us was very appreciated. It had been raining for days (weeks) and the ground was muddy. Kim put down hay for us and it really turned out to be such a fun experience. The grill was basically brand new and there were so many additional amenities (plates, cups, grilling tools, a firestarter bundle). Even though we didnt sleep there, I could imagine a really fun night time experience. It is well lit and there are extra chairs and lanterns We loves exploring the woods and walking on the trails. A few weeks later and those bluerberries would be ripe and ready! Thanks for the wonderful time, Kim!

This was my first time using HipCamp or any renting platform, I was a little nervous about figuring things out, timing, etc. Leading up to our weekend stay, Kim was ready and willing to answer any questions that I had. Kim & Taylor are so awesome, communicative and super helpful!!!! Their space is beautiful! My partner and I enjoyed our stay so much!! It’s a super cozy and peaceful spot. Definitely would recommend!!! Incredible hidden gem in Stone Mtn!! ❤️

We chose Kim’s spot because my mother lives near Stone Mountain and we wanted an adventure while visiting her for Easter. Situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood we felt completely safe being so close to Atlanta. I liked the well lit, large off street area to park. There’s plenty of room for multiple cars. Kim’s manager, Taylor, met me on-time, gave a wonderful orientation of the grounds and set up an extra hammock for us. I visited with my brother, so I rearranged the furniture a bit but the large canvas tent easily accommodated my cot. The memory foam mattress was great, the potty was easy to use and the trails through the woods were clearly marked. When I visit my mom and the weather is agreeable, I hope I can stay again. Thank you for hosting us!

We loved it! It was a quaint little hideaway that wasn’t too far away. The road noise got a little loud at some times, but it wasn’t too bad. We enjoyed the dogwood tent. It had everything we could’ve needed, if we had come unprepared. Everything was just nice and clean, even the canoe! We definitely would recommend and even plan on a return visit with family. The host was very helpful and responsive. For hipcamp bookings, the reservation number is a little different than from Ramsden Lake bookings, so for any add ons, just reach out to the host for your reservation number.

Where to go

North Shore

The wooded north shore of Lake Lanier is dotted with sandy beaches, lakeside parks, and islands. Head to Little Ridge Park to hook a bass in Buford Dam, cruise out to explore Three Sisters Island from Two Mile Creek Park, or cool off with a swim at Mary Alice Beach.

South Shore

The star attraction of Lake Lanier’s south shore is the Lanier Islands resort, home to the Margaritaville aqua park, sandy beaches, and a winter snow activity area. Check into a luxury lodge or villa, stay at the RV resort, or snag a lakeside campsite at Shoal Creek Campground.

Northwest Shore

The northernmost tip of Lake Lanier is the place to escape the crowds. Head to Chattahoochee or Chestatee Golf Clubs to play a game of golf by the lakeside, set out to cruise the lake from one of the marinas, or check into the campgrounds at Toto Creek, Bolding Mill, or Duckett Mill.

Northeast Shore
