We are a 125 acre property that has 36 holes of championship disc golf. The North Oconee River runs through our property as well as three ponds throughout. We have plenty of room to pitch your tents. It really depends on how far you would like to be from the bathhouse. We are 6 miles from Lake Lanier and the Chattahooce River, and a short drive to hiking/mountain biking trail heads.
We have a wonderful bathhouse with restrooms, showers and laundry just a very short walk from our sites (maintained by the staff at the park).
We're also pet-friendly and love our furry campers! Just add the pet fee for each pet in the extras section at check out or send us an email letting us know ahead of time and we will get that added. We just ask that you do not leave your pet alone in the tents at any time unless properly crated. You are financially responsible for any damage that is done to our accommodations by your pets.

Babbling Brook RV Site is a beautiful haven tucked away from the rest of the bustling world, allowing you the peace and quiet you deserve. The one acre property, spanning across the gorgeous forest, has private access to 200 feet of creek waterfront, allowing for you to fish and relax in the water to your heart's content. The creek is about knee-deep, meaning it is shallow enough for you to properly unwind in and enjoy the calming sounds of the water running around you. Deer has also been known to cross across the property and can be observed as much as you wish.
This spot is only 5-10 minutes away from downtown Blairsville, a quaint little town with many shops for you to browse and activities to try out! Additionally, Meeks Park is only 8 minutes away with nature trails, sports fields, a dog park, swimming pools, and many more! Lastly, there are several waterfalls nearby and many recreational activities, such as horseback riding, that you can enjoy as well.

For tent and shorter vehicles, site #1 has own drive and clearing under a large tree, site #2 is a hike in site back in the woods near a small creek not visible from the drive. For larger RV, site #3 has flat side yard and parks on paved driveway near main house, site #4 is a short hike back with tent space and fire pit near a small creek right next to the National Forest. Fire pit made ready upon request. Horses, goats, and chickens on property but away from your site. Stars are amazing here. Property backs up to 880,000 acres of National Forest. Your site is next to forest access road. Take it back to hunt, tent, hike, run, off-road bike or ATV if licensed plates on vehicle. Several small creeks on property to splash in or creek hike. Horse lesson available on property. Bottle hunting, farm fresh eggs, cut firewood, and farm tours available as added features. Two toilet bags and a bucket provided per night at camping sites, RV site is a dry site. Guide available to take you on nearby river kayak and waterfall hiking excursions upon request.

Brooks Lake is a peaceful retreat to the outdoors where you can meditate or be as active as you wish. 56 acres of rolling hills, shaded bluffs, grassy plains, and a 50 acre spring fed lake with serious fishing for Bass, Bream, Crappie, or Catfish. We my grandson and I loved it. It our first camping trip. It was so peaceful and serene. The fish wasn't bitting but it was so relaxing. The owners were absolutely great they made sure we were ok the entire time. We'll definitely be back soon.

We had a great stay! The farm is beautiful and spacious with lots of friendly horses and goats to visit. Wade and Willow (the dogs who work at the farm) gave us a tour and were so sweet and friendly. Site was great with all the hookups we needed, great location for sightseeing around Georgia.

We liked it so much the first time, we decided to go back. It was as awesome as we remembered. Anna is very kind; the location is secluded but near to hiking and other attractions. There's a lovely stream the kids can play in (no more than 18 inches deep at its deepest spot). There were so many stars at night--such a relief to get away from the city. There's a port-a-potty nearby, a water pump... and a lovely space. Exactly what we remembered.

We loved our weekend at this site! It was exactly as described. So close to waterfalls and hiking trails, which is what we came to do. Our dog had a great time playing in the creek. I loved my time spent at Brooks Lake. Bill and Laura are just the best people. Communication was great when I arrived on where to camp, where to park, where the facilities were, etc.
The views are pristine. Beautiful trees, a gorgeous lake, you can fish, there are pavilions and picnic tables all around, and some friendly geese walking around as well! I would absolutely come back here again and look forward to it, already!
