Learn more about this land: This site is gravel and level. It is in front of a babbling small creek. The site is private with robust wifi, water and 30 amp electric. The site is 40 feet in length but could probably work also for up to 50'. Slideouts are fine. There is a picnic table, gas grill, chairs and a firepit beside the site. We live on an 18 acre farm. We recently discovered the joy of traveling the US in an Airstream. When we came home after 6000+ miles, because some of our favorite sites were non-traditional ones, we decided to add a site on our farm. Enjoy the dark skies and quietness of the country. We are 10 minutes from downtown Murphy. There is only a small area of gravel which is the actual site. Everything else to get here is paved.

We had a blast at Jamie's place. They were very kind and accommodating. We have a 37ft trailer and had no issues pulling in and getting out! There was a fire pit to use and a hammock. we cooked a meal on the fire one night and made s'mores. We were able to see deer while we sat by the fire. We walked our dogs along their land multiple times a day and had no issues, very private and beautiful, our dogs really enjoyed the creek as well! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this site! Thanks for a great stay! 10/10

My husband and I with 2 larger dogs enjoyed 3 nights camping on Dawne’s property. This was our first “ test “ trip in the new camper, and the full hookups made things so convenient. Full hook-ups can be harder to find outside a campground. The lot was nice and level, enjoyed the picnic table and the grassy area was just big enough to give the dogs some exploration. We saw dozens of hummingbirds (migrating?) on the flowering plants on the deep creek bank and we enjoyed eating our meals at the picnic table and watching them. There is sound from the main road but you cannot see the vehicles, and it was not enough to bother us. This was a great nearby ( one hour for us ) location for us and we plan on booking again. Also, there is a beautiful log home Air BnB towards the back of the property that would be great to rent at the same time by non- camper friends and family. Kelli and Ted Ellis

My parents are headed there this weekend. Boxcar Grille and Brewery 5 minutes away. Haunted house nearby too!! Will definitely be back. Scooter and bicycle friendly.

Great place to get away in Georgia! My family enjoyed our stay here in the quiet spot. The full hookup worked great and the spot was plenty big for our travel trailer, 23ft. Pulling into the spot was easy and it wasn’t too bad backing out. A larger RV would require an expert driver to back out of this spot due to surrounding trees and bend in the road. We spent two nights at this spot with our 20’ pull behind. The space was very clean, wonderfully laid out for convenient hook up. Dawne was a kind host and you can tell they care about your comfort. There is a quaint little creek running directly alongside the spot that my son found crawfish and salamanders in, he absolutely loved it. It is close to a road but don’t let it sway you, it’s hardly traveled and quiet. We lucked into this listing and we are so glad we did!

We have plenty of room to pitch your tents. It really depends on how far you would like to be from the bathhouse. We are 6 miles from Lake Lanier and the Chattahooce River, and a short drive to hiking/mountain biking trail heads. We have a wonderful bathhouse with restrooms, showers and laundry just a very short walk from our sites (maintained by the staff at the park). We're also pet-friendly and love our furry campers! Just add the pet fee for each pet in the extras section at check out or send us an email letting us know ahead of time and we will get that added. We just ask that you do not leave your pet alone in the tents at any time unless properly crated. You are financially responsible for any damage that is done to our accommodations by your pets.

Our Old Tobacco Farm has been in the family for generations, hence "Barnett Road". Currently we just grow organic veggies in our high tunnel greenhouse and the old tobacco fields now are used for hay production and a safe haven for a large herd of deer. Learn more about this land: This site is gravel and level. It is in front of a babbling small creek. The site is private with robust wifi, water and 30 amp electric. The site is 40 feet in length but could probably work also for up to 50'. Slideouts are fine. There is a picnic table, gas grill, chairs and a firepit beside the site. We live on an 18 acre farm. We recently discovered the joy of traveling the US in an Airstream. When we came home after 6000+ miles, because some of our favorite sites were non-traditional ones, we decided to add a site on our farm. Enjoy the dark skies and quietness of the country. We are 10 minutes from downtown Murphy. There is only a small area of gravel which is the actual site. Everything else to get here is paved.
