Close to several state parks, including Torreya, Three rivers, Seminole, Florida Caverns, and Lake Talaquin forest. At this time I can host 1 RV or camper with full hook ups, 3 RV sites with power, water and 1 boondock (no power/water) site but large enough for an off-grid/self-sustainable RV. I'm always happy to show folks around and share the story. Please note: During the rainy season the grass may get a bit long at times. You can also expect to experience a wide variety of agricultural activities, outside of quiet hours of course. Born out of a dream that started 10 years ago when I acquired 40 acres of forgotten and unmanaged rural woods. Having dug right in with the help of the Florida Forestry Service, FWC, IFAS, NRCS and a very knowledgeable private forester; we developed a conservation management plan to restore it to its native state. The neighboring land became available and happily added another 40, I've learned so much on this amazing journey. 25K pines and a great deal of sweat equity later, it is time to share and encourage others to join in on the conservation efforts and make sure it's around for future generations.

This is the beautiful wild coast of Florida's "Big Bend." Located halfway between Perry to the north and Steinhatchee to the south, Keaton Beach is an outpost town with a laidback, relaxing atmosphere. No motels, no fast food. The wild, natural public beach has a shaded picnic area, restrooms, a boat ramp and a 700-foot fishing pier. These are prime scalloping waters from mid to late summer, and the area is famous for year-round fishing. We recently bought this property with an old hunting cabin owned by a well known baseball coach. The cabin is currently transformed into a residence. We have 4 RV spots available in the front of the property.. Only an 8 minute drive to the sandy swimming beach of Keaton Beach (see pic above) or 20 min walking distance to Adams Sunset Beach. Stop by on your way to South Florida or up north. We do not have a maximum stay.. We have 50/30 and 15 amp sites available. 2 back it, 1 drive in, 1 pull through site. 2 sites are full hook up, 1 site 50 amp electric and water. 1 site 20 amp electric only. If you see "occupied" in the calendar we probably still have sites available. (we have a total of 4) Just contact us using a "free" day. What can you do in our area? This cabin is spacious, warm and safe. We were in need of a place to stay. Stacey has many different options to pick from rent and RV spots to even a pioneer campsite. Now that's rad. We were also provided firewood that we were not charged for because it was raining. Stacey is a great host.

What a great surprise, didn’t know what to expect going in but we had such a great time! Super clean, comfortable, it got down to about 35 our 2nd night but between the heater and our sleeping bags we were able to stay warm. The common area was well kept, bathroom/shower also clean and lots of warm water! Great location for us to visit family. We will be going back!

Cute little spot, I would come back to stay for longer. Feels like very much in the sticks for only 30mins from ev charging haha. Nice for a 3 piece family like us, we even met a friendly dog there too. Really like the shower house.

Lots of open space for the kids to play. Nice trails to walk and hike. There were baby chicks and the kids got to hold them and they thought that was the greatest thing. Andrew, the cohost was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean. We definitely would go back. Had a great time.

What a beautiful, peaceful welcoming place & Host. We were greated by Sasha, Max a little princess. William came out and chatted with us and showed us all around his beautiful property. Full hookups, a beautiful Bathroom & Shower and washer and dryer area along with table. We had a nice picnic table and a big fire ring which we did use. William has beautiful fruit trees and a garden with chickens.. so cute. The fruit was delicious. We enjoyed cheese & crackers and drinks with William around the campfire and wonderful conversation. Very quiet and the pine trees were so pretty. We wish we could have stayed longer and in the future we will. This was one of our favorite places to stay. A must visit place. :)

This site is very clean & well maintained. Good signage, easy to find, great hookups. Will was very welcoming. We were in a bind because we had generator issues that slowed our trip down & the Hipcamp we had reserved said they would not accept us. Will had no problem with a late check in & had the light on for us upon arrival at 11:30pm! Also great communication with host. Spot was very peaceful & quiet. We were only passing through but definitely a place to come back and just hang out because it's easy to get to & so nice. Will definitely go back! Thanks Will!

This was a great option for us! The host was super nice, the area was clean, and we had everything we needed! Would return 100%! Be aware, however, you will have to use your own bathroom/shower on your rig. (there is onsite sewage/water/electric, but no bathhouse) Also, no onsite laundry. Otherwise, we enjoyed it!

Absolutely stunning property! Very impressed with the layout, the privacy, beautiful ground and the Stars were incredible! Love the clean spacious bathroom and shower. Washer and dryer is a huge bonus. Thank you Will for being super responsive and Andrew was great to show me around when I arrived. I loved it, definitely a Top 10!
