Whether you’re vacationing or passing through, you’ll enjoy all the comforts of home at this serene retreat. Built in 1922, "Millville Mansion"—a quaint cottage named by my mother’s family—offers 2 cozy RV spaces, one on a concrete pad, replacing the garage lost to Hurricane Michael; and the second on a large gravel parking area. While the area is still recovering from the hurricane, the property is fully functional, and its charm remains intact. Amenities (shared with tenants and other RV guests): Guests can enjoy: A screened-in porch A spacious back deck shaded by a historic oak tree Ample private parking for vehicles and a boat (bring your own) A shared laundry room (2 free loads included with hookups; $5/load for extras) Site 1 has 50Amp Site 2 has 30 Amp Both sites have water available, shared via a Y connector at the faucet. The Neighborhood: Explore the unique charm of Millville, from the local farmer’s market and hiking trails to art galleries and coastal fishing. The surrounding historic neighborhood is still undergoing restoration, and while some areas show signs of the hurricane, the home-like atmosphere of our property ensures a relaxing stay. Arrival & Setup Check-in is after 2 PM. You’ll find a covered front porch overlooking Millville Cemetery and a concrete parking area as well as a gravel area in the back, perfect for setting up your RV and outdoor living space.
