Anastasia Island  RV Pad Rental

Our two level (full hookup) RV pads are on beautiful Anastasia Island within walking distance to the Atlantic ocean,  Pier Court Park and the St. Augustine Amphitheater.  Anastasia State Park is within a mile.  St. Augustine is just over the Bridge of Lions three miles away.

Each pad has its own furnished patio and small green yard space.  We have a small fishing lake in the back yard (unfenced). There is a national bird rookery preserve a few blocks away so the bird watching is wonderful. There is an alligator farm and a dolphin aquarium on the island., as well as a historic continuous working light house and Maritime Museum. Our pads are just across the Bridge of Lions (2 miles) from the Oldest USA city, St. Augustine, Fl.  The historic Fountain of Youth is here along with Castillo de San Marcus National Monument, St. George Street, the historic district plus many other attractions.

We have two level paver RV Pads. They both have electric, black and grey water cleanout, fast high speed internet (full hookup).   They each have  private patios for picnics, socializing, and relaxing. Both pads have high speed internet.

Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 32' in length. 

Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length.

We accept small Class A Motorhomes (32' and under),  Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers. 

Sorry,  no tent camping is allowed.

There is also a large back deck with picnic area overlooking the small fishing lake in the back yard. 

We enjoy meeting fellow travelers and sharing our paradise island.

We are LGBTQ friendly.

Our neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The location has easy access to great adventures, history and wonderful memories may be made here.

Pets are welcome on leash. accompanied by an adult,  Each pet is $5. additional fee. There is an off leash park two blocks away. Most of the beaches are also pet friendly.

We adhere to CDC guidelines for safety.

Across the Bridge of Lions downtown St. Augustine is all a-glow during holidays.  Every building is trimmed in white lights.

Walking distance to the beach. White sand, gentle surf and a long pier await you.

Historic sites are fun to explore in the "Oldest US City" just across the Bridge of Lions within 3 miles.  Be sure and visit fort "Castillo de San Marco"  and admire all the beautiful boats in the Intercostal canal.

26 acres of pasture oaks veggies, citrus and peachesLearn more about this land:Grassy knoll 124 feet above sea level overlooking Florida’s northernmost commercial citrus grove, with peaches and a vegetable plot. Observation tower, for wildlife viewing. Limited to one family or group at a time, so you don’t have to worry about illnesses. Roam the woods, grove or pick fresh peaches, or just hang out by the 1 acre pond and feed the massive catfish.

Several beaches 10-15 min drive - Flagler Beach, Ormond Beach and anything in between.

IN THE FOREST AND  CLOSE TO OCEAN

Enjoy Back to Nature. We are sharing with you a part of our Homestead. Very unique by its location, it is a piece of the nature that is close to everything. It is surrounded by acres of Pine Forest so enjoy the fresh air, listen to the birds, look at the wild life.&nbsp;We have about a dozen of chickens and a few roosters.The property is conveniently located 1 mile away from the Interstate 95, and 1 mile away from US1. 3 min drive to the grocery store( Publix).&nbsp;
Plenty of stuff to do around - fishing, canoeing and swimming- within 10-15 minutes to the River, Beaches and the Ocean; tons of natural preserves, parks and historic places. Tennis court, pickle ball courts and a play ground is across the street. 20-30 min to Daytona Beach or historic St.Augustine. A little over an hour to Orlando with Disney, Universal and other parks, Jacksonville or Cape Canaveral. Whatever your interest is - you can find it around - many of restaurants, wine tasting, fresh food market 7 days a week, NASCAR, Auditorium with performances, water sports, bike week, movie theater, and many more.&nbsp;
We have a water and electricity hook ups for 4 spots. Spaces for the boats are available also. No sewage disposal.There is a dog on the property. Dogs are ok but have to be cleaned after and be on the leash.Please no loud noise after the dark, no drugs or heavy drinking.Our guests love staying with us "&nbsp;We enjoyed our stay at Roxie’s place. Really great location close to the beach and grocery stores and restaurants, yet it is still in a quiet place just off the beaten path. Roxie is a wonderful host who met us upon arrival and departure to make sure all was going well. She even gave us some amazing fresh eggs from her chickens that roam freely on the land. (Be prepared for a lot of rooster crowing EARLY in the mornings). Our campsite was level and had water and electric. It was not too close to the other campers who were there and we had plenty of privacy. Star gazing was awesome! Highly recommend."

Wooded areas in a horse pasture

Campsites are on a small horse farm located just 4 miles from downtown St Augustine and 5 miles from Vilano Beach. Many hiking and water activities within 30 minutes.
 You select the space you where you wish to set up camp.
 The entrance off the dirt road is tricky for large rigs or trailers more than 35' may not have easy access.
Our sites offer potable water, a shower, picnic tables, a toilet, wifi, trash disposal, space for campfires, and we are pet friendly!
We can accommodate tents, RVs, and trailers.
Our guests love staying here: "Camping at Gayle’s property was an amazing experience. We shared the field with 3 other campers but there was still plenty of room between sites. Land is flat and has fire pit spaces and BBQ grills. Outdoor shower was appreciated even though we didn’t use it & it was great to have the port-o-potty on site. The best part was getting to see the animals!"
