We are located 2 1/2 miles down a wide county maintained dirt road. It is very quiet and private out here on the ranch. There are no close neighbors in the vicinity of our property. On the property, we have an exotic bird sanctuary about 200 feet from the RV site. At times you will think you are in the Amazon jungle. The birds are very playful, entertaining to watch them play throughout the day. You are more than welcome to go and interact with the birds. There are swinging hammock chairs hung up in the sanctuary for your comfort. There is a variety of wildlife out here every day. You will see turkeys, deer, raccoons, armadillos, wild boars and even on occasion a black bear.
There is a fire pit by the Rv site that you can use to sit around in the evening and enjoy a fire if you wish. However, we don't recommend you go walking out into the swampy brush area, as there is a lot of Florida native wildlife like snakes and etc. and we want you to be safe.
If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Our property is gated and fenced off and extremely private. And no one can just walk on to our ranch.
We live and work on the property ourselves, and are just a short walk or phone call away. This is a very private place, no close neighbors. Our goal is to give you all the space and privacy you need and or require.
Most of our guests are here to participate at an event at the Daytona 500 track. Only 35 minutes to get to the track in Daytona.
We understand that alot of our guests are driving from long distances to get here. We will work with you on check in times not to worry.

Lakefront property is located in between Hawthorne and Interlachen out in the wooded countryside (decidedly rural) on a dead-end road as it turns to dirt -- usually very peaceful and quiet. Central location serves as a good base camp for day trips to the ocean beaches at either the Atlantic or the Gulf Coast, the manatees at various springs, or Ocala horse country. Variety of shops and restaurants are located in Gainesville to the west or Palatka to the east, both an easy drive on S.R. 20.
BOONDOCKING SITE: Must be self-contained and leave no trace. Accepting only one camping guest vehicle at a time. The homeowner property is fenced with drive-through wing gates, host will greet you upon arrival so you can choose your spot either in the shade or in the sun or somewhat in between as the sandy ground slopes gently to the private lake. Best for vans, SUVs, or those with car and tent. Please inquire regarding compact RVs -- due to overhanging branches of oak shade trees, and limited size of the 0..66 acre lot, cannot accommodate large RVs or travel trailers. Potable water available from the yard's garden hose, but cannot offer power, and there's no public restroom or dump station. Small bags of trash or two can go in our communal covered trash bin.
BUNKHOUSE OPTION: Charming dry-camp lakefront cottage (no running water) with basic electrical (cannot handle high-draw electrical devices like heaters or A/C units) has a van-life type camp toilet (bag #2, collect urine/#1; proper disposals supported by Host), jug of local spring water for drinking, bed options include a new twin mattress in upper sleeping loft and a new cot-width padded chaise lounge below (clean fitted bottom sheet and pillowcase provided per stay). Guests provide their own towels and toiletries. Some basic camping kitchen/household items provided.
Guests are welcome to use the homeowner Host's vintage rowboat, kayaks, communal firepit, and/or wooden dock. Or there's a small tire-rim firepit by the shorefront. Firewood bundle with kindling available for a small fee.
Not best property for traveling with pets, may be negotiable on a case-by-case basis, due to homeowner's dog (communicate directly with Host prior to booking). On the property, we have an exotic bird sanctuary about 200 feet from the RV site. At times you will think you are in the Amazon jungle. The birds are very playful, entertaining to watch them play throughout the day. You are more than welcome to go and interact with the birds. There are swinging hammock chairs hung up in the sanctuary for your comfort. There is a variety of wildlife out here every day. You will see turkeys, deer, raccoons, armadillos, wild boars and even on occasion a black bear.
There is a fire pit by the Rv site that you can use to sit around in the evening and enjoy a fire if you wish. However, we don't recommend you go walking out into the swampy brush area, as there is a lot of Florida native wildlife like snakes and etc. and we want you to be safe.
If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Our property is gated and fenced off and extremely private. And no one can just walk on to our ranch.
We live and work on the property ourselves, and are just a short walk or phone call away. This is a very private place, no close neighbors. Our goal is to give you all the space and privacy you need and or require.
Most of our guests are here to participate at an event at the Daytona 500 track. Only 35 minutes to get to the track in Daytona.

Variety of shops and restaurants are located in Gainesville to the west or Palatka to the east, both an easy drive on S.R. 20.
BOONDOCKING SITE: Must be self-contained and leave no trace. Accepting only one camping guest vehicle at a time. The homeowner property is fenced with drive-through wing gates, host will greet you upon arrival so you can choose your spot either in the shade or in the sun or somewhat in between as the sandy ground slopes gently to the private lake. Best for vans, SUVs, or those with car and tent. Please inquire regarding compact RVs -- due to overhanging branches of oak shade trees, and limited size of the 0..66 acre lot, cannot accommodate large RVs or travel trailers. Potable water available from the yard's garden hose, but cannot offer power, and there's no public restroom or dump station. Small bags of trash or two can go in our communal covered trash bin.
BUNKHOUSE OPTION: Charming dry-camp lakefront cottage (no running water) with basic electrical (cannot handle high-draw electrical devices like heaters or A/C units) has a van-life type camp toilet (bag #2, collect urine/#1; proper disposals supported by Host), jug of local spring water for drinking, bed options include a new twin mattress in upper sleeping loft and a new cot-width padded chaise lounge below (clean fitted bottom sheet and pillowcase provided per stay). Guests provide their own towels and toiletries. Some basic camping kitchen/household items provided.

The weather was perfect for hot tubbing and fire by the lakeside. The vibe here is so relaxing and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. And the sunsets are magical.

We throughly enjoyed our time. The canoes, kayaks and bunk house for the kids were great. Had a slight issue with the water, but the host got it fixed immediately. If you are looking for a spotless 5 stay luxury camping destination, this is not for you but has all the amenities you need. We hope to stay again.

I’ve been here numerous times. Extremely relaxing. Kids loves it like they do every time we come. Plenty of room to run and play. Stayed outside almost the entire time. Dogs loved it too. I’m sure I’ll be back.

Weekend Trip to Camp Stella Lake Dome
We stayed recently, for our ten year anniversary and it. Was. Wonderful!! From the thoughtful snacks and food, to the lights and ambiance, the cozy spacious bed and comforter, the Lake and kayaks, the outdoor lights and seating. I have zero complaints and will be staying again! The hosts were considerate and gave us 100% privacy, responded to texts quickly, and were very sweet. Just an overall wonderful and much needed experience! We have two little girls, and I am seriously considering asking if they would be willing to allow our family of four to stay for a trip! The Geodome is spacious enough and our children would love the experience as much as we did!
I can’t recommend this enough 100/100, 1000/1000, 1m/1m!😍🙌 You won’t regret booking with them. It will be a memorable experience .

Our stay at camp Stella was wonderful. We had such a good time!! We enjoyed sunsets on the dock and kayaked in the lake. The outdoor shower was really cool and even though you are on the property with other houses, they did an Amazing job blocking it off and making it very private. I think I saw one person the whole 5 days. They really have thought of everything and have everything you could need. I really enjoyed the snacks and fresh fruit they left for us. The wildlife around the site was cool too. We saw ducks, cats, and peacocks. Will definitely be back!!

Weekend Trip to Runaway Bay Lodge
I recently had the pleasure of using Hi-Camp for my first camping experience, and it was truly exceptional!
Kennedy and Kristina were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Kennedy, in particular, graciously waited for us to arrive well past our scheduled check-in time, providing us with a warm welcome and a comprehensive tour of the campsite.
The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the lake waves was just what I needed to unwind. I couldn't have asked for a better getaway experience. I highly recommend Kennedy’s Land to anyone looking for a serene escape into nature!

We had the most amazing stay at this super cool, see-through igloo-style pod on Stella Lake! The view from the bed overlooking the lake was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to that peaceful scene was everything. The pod was decorated SO cute, with thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and special.
We loved the outdoor shower — such a fun and refreshing experience! The location was perfect: super private, quiet, and less than five minutes from the boat ramp. There was even boat parking, which made things really easy for us.
If you’re looking for a unique, peaceful getaway with lake views, charm, and a touch of adventure, this spot is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Our experience here was more than we asked for. My partner and I enjoyed a day here during our birthday weekend and they really made it extra special for us. They even surprised us with a b-day desert. The chef that made the vegan burger is an excellent cook and the secluded yurt was lovely. We really enjoyed the opportunity to paint a memory on the walls of their abode as there were many other visitors that also left their memory. The tiki bar was chill and they have a lovely pool table and hot tub. It’s a very romantic place and it would be a great place to get away.

Judith was a great host. Daddy and (adult) son trip. Accommodating to no end. She had everything you could've ever forgotten. She made sure we had what we needed and was so nice to talk to. Dog was super sweet. You could fish on the lake which was the reason for the weekend. Her property was nice and we would stay again.
