NOISE ORDINANCE Guests must adhere to the city wide noise ordinance which is applicable all hours or the day with quiet hours starting at 10 pm. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY No more than 6 people on premise at any given time. PETS Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing ahead of arrival. All pet waste must be picked up by guests and placed in the garbage bins provided in real time. WASTE We ask that guests sorts and roll bins to and from the curb in accordance with the city garbage ordinance.

Nestled within a sanctuary bustling with various bird species, amidst an exotic tropical fruit grove, our property spans 200 acres surrounded by palm tree farms. Experience breathtaking sunsets from our southernmost western location in the United States. Our gateway to Paradise camper van is set inside Homestead city limits. It is parked on the side of my home, with a private entrance, and a private fenced area. It is the perfect spot, centrally located between Miami, the Everglades, and the Florida Keys, each being between 20 and 30 minutes drive. It has a bed that sleeps two, as well as a seating area that the table goes down and converts into a small bed. The camper van is air-conditioned, has a conduction cooktop in the kitchenette, as well as running water in the sink. There is a portable flushing camping toilet inside. A grill, fire pit, hammock, and outdoor shower with shower pump sprayer. Linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchenware are provided. Located close to shopping, and food delivery services are available.
