Check in was very easy. The park was safe and clean.

4 nights at Maggie's Musical Farm

Spacious, basic, and quiet, with occasional road noise. Very natural environment with trees and a small orchard, access to potable water to rinse and drink. Wooden fence around property, we felt very safe! Lighted and clean port a potties and 2 wonderful hot showers. Detached kitchen with power outlets and fridge a super plus! The most incredibly warm and welcoming hosts ever, Maggie and Mike are very responsive hosts, and gave us excellent advice and suggestions for our nearby explorations, they made us feel at home. Beaches between 40-60 min away depending on which beach.

Weekend Trip to Country Camping At The Beach

Great host, great location, great privacy, it was a fantastic stay. We will probably stay longer next time. Very helpful on arrival and friendly hosts. For those who are tired of crowded campgrounds with little to no privacy this spot is great.

1 night at Port Saint Joe RV Resort

We were passing through and able to make a last minute booking through the app. The site #3 is long enough to accommodate our 31 ft RV and our Jeep Wrangler. It’s a gravel road, leveled site and FHU. There’s an outdoor pool but we didn’t get to use it. You can see the ocean from the campground. They also provided free coffee and donuts in the morning. My only recommendation is for them to give a special rate for those that book last minute. Overall it’s a great stop.

Spot was amazing. Dog and family had a great time. If you are coming to relax, this is it. Views on morning and late afternoon were unreal. John, the owner, is a class act and a fantastic host. He went out of his way to be accommodating. He has great app communication.

Although we had to cut our trip short due to a family member’s passing, our stay was incredibly comfortable and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the farm animals. The location was very close to the beach, and our trailer and campervan fit perfectly, with all the necessary connections available. The host was incredibly friendly and even gave us some fresh farm eggs.

We loved being able to walk the path directly to the beach! The views were amazing as well as being able to hear the ocean from the site! We will definitely be back. Justin & Misty were very attentive to any questions we had. It is a true paradise.

Me and my wife absolutely loved car/tent camping at Big Rig’s. They offer everything you may need and offer an unforgettable experience. Site is beautiful. Surrounded by the most beautiful goats, chickens and ducks. Their outdoor shower has an amazing view. Location is absolutely perfect. Just a few minutes away from the beach access and main Panama City attractions. Will definitely like to come back to Big Rig’s in the future.

Weekend Trip to 30A Bay Hideaway

Love camping on the bay. Everything is always well-kept and just as pictured. We really enjoy kayaking, bird watching, fishing,… we used a cast net to catch our own bait and caught fish off the dock. We saw crabs, stingrays, and even a gator swimming by this year. The sunrises and sunsets are great. This is one of our favorite places to camp. Thanks for sharing your great place!

When accessing our property by vehicle, be prepared to drive 17 miles off of highway 79 with a 4 mile portion of that being a dirt road. We can not guarantee the condition of the dirt road portion of your drive for your stay, however the dirt road is graded weekly. Enjoy the seclusion of this area while still being in close proximity to Panama City Beach and 30A. Pier Park in Panama City Beach is where you can find the nearest grocery stores, shopping and restaurants in a 35-40 min drive from the home. Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house. So, we decided to start searching. Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach. But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January. We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month. So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway. We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale. We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it! And now, we can share it with all of you. Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends. You only live once! GULF FRONT! Yes, you have your own path directly to the beach along with outdoor shower to rinse of your day on the sand and then enjoy the grill and picnic area for your afternoon dinner with your group. This 1/2 acre private property gulf front and equipped with 30/50 amp service, water, sewer, trash pickup, an outdoor patio, grill and misting outdoor shower. Just bring your swimming suits you'll be set. Cape San Blas, FL is one of the most beautiful and laid back places you will visit. This property is located on Cape San Blas and is right on the water (gulf side). The cape bike path you can take all the way to the state park and explore the entire cape and all it has to offer (22 mile round trip bike path). Also, check out kayaking in the bay or horse-back riding on the beach! Salinas Park is just a stone's throw where you can enjoy picnics with the family walk out to the bay or even drive onto the beach (permit required). The sleepy little towns of Port St. Joe and Appalachicola have so many great local restaurants and shops and you will love the laid back chill of these old Florida towns. If you've never taken your crew and camped right on the beach, then this is the place for you. While our park does not provide direct views of the water, the soothing sound of the waves can be heard, enhancing your relaxing getaway. For those who prefer to drive, ample public parking and beach access are available within a quarter-mile. Our park is equipped with a variety of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Each site features 30 and 50 Amp electrical hookups, sewer connections, and water access. Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the park, as well as a fire ring and picnic table at each site. Our climate-controlled, ADA-compliant bathhouse and 24-hour laundry facility add to your convenience.
