A small but unique piece of land that was given to a family in the 1920s by the Florida Railroad Company. It stayed in the family until we purchased it. It is unique because the surrounding area does not have much tree coverage. This is due to the ground underneath, which is a vein of grey marl. This is why the area is called the Allapattah (an Indian word for Alligator) Flats. We are hoping that our county stays the way it is so people will know what Old Florida really looks like. Minutes from I-95, but surrounded by the Allapattah Flats Wildlife Management Preserve. Located on Martin Hwy, which was recently designated as a Florida Scenic Hwy. Fifteen minutes to Stuart and thirty minutes to West Palm Beach, a world away from the hustle and bustle. We realize that people also love Florida for Disney and tropical paradises but if that is what you want then this may not be your kind of place. Depending on the season and availability we may have local honey and/or firewood available for purchase.

ACTIVITIES: We have chickens that lay eggs and are great for eating so if you'd like some fresh eggs, feel free to go over to their house and grab some. We have a Pavillion with a fire pit that is welcomed to be used. Our dock provides a look out on our pond. Please feed the fish some food if you'd like. Also, take time to fish in our pond and catch some tilapia or blue gill. The kids have a blast fishing as the fish are easy to catch. THE SPACE: The site you'll be staying at is close to the owners house. There are 2 parking spots on asphalt that are available for the campers vehicles or park directly at your site. The ground will be grass that the camper will park on. Please note: we have 2 gates with gate codes that shut automatically. Please be sure each gate closes behind you! We have free roaming cattle and other farm animals outside the camping area. We are always open to recommendations on how we can make your stay even better! The property is ideally located between Southern and Okeechobee Blvd. Our property is 5 min away from Wellington (10mn from the horse show grounds), Lion Country Safari, and Royal Palm Beach. Also 5 mn from USPS and a mole with Publix, Tractor Supply....30 mn for the ocean and the beaches, Palm Beach and PBI airport. The property sits on 3 acres equestrian facility filled with palm trees and fruit trees, in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Our 2 sites (30 AMP and 50 AMP) are shaded with both access to filtered water, electricity and sewage system. You will also have access to a cute laundry room with toilets. washer and dryer.

County Lake is just beyond the campsite. Walking bridges and natural pathway allows a beautiful, serene, and partially shaded walk around the Lake. Catch and Release Fishing is permitted here.

Molly’s farm is a great spot. Close to the action but not right in it. Pretty area, not a farm but plenty of space. A dump station is 10 minutes away and costs $20. John is a great host and Molly is a sweet heart. You do get a bit of road noise.

We did tent camping in this ground. We had a great time there. In between each site there’s enough space to get some privacy. We were in front of the pond and the view was nice. There’s some noise from the road near but it didn’t bother us. Thank you for having us!! Definitely recommend.

This was my first time using this app, so I didn’t know what to expect… and let me say that it far exceeded my expectations! Vito the owner couldn’t be more friendly and accommodating! I had an issue that was a million percent my fault… I cut the corner too tight coming in and got stuck in the ditch. If this happens to you, just call Priority Towing and they’ll come get you out the way you went in!!! Vito was so helpful throughout that whole thing! The property is beautiful and peaceful. If you have dogs, there is a very well-kept backyard, but you can also walk them on the sidewalk of the main road. Would most definitely recommend this very cool and hip camp!

We booked a 2nd night. The outdoor shower is amazing. We stayed on lots 2 & 4. Will rebook on 4 (just my preference). Its all about what you're looking for. I haven't stayed at a site that has recent pics on the hip camp site. Don't expect it and you wont be disappointed. I LOVED THIS PLACE. I dont know any tent campers that would not love this place ( I know 0 Glampers). There are hidden treasures all over this property. We had a ball. Enjoy and DONT SKIP THE HONEY! There is reportedly an alligator in the pond. I didn't see it and we all left better than we arrived

All reviews were in accordance with what we expected and experienced - we had one overnight stop going south and returned for another 3 nights going north. We were the only ones at the RV side of the pond so it gave us lots of privacy. Lovely people, nice outside shower and no other “noise” than the traffic on the road. But that is just the way it is. Having alligators in the pond made it also exotic for us. An easy spot to find and close to the main highway too.

I was actually Patrick’s first guest! Old Mill Landing is a beautiful, peaceful spot surrounded by nature. I stayed here to bass fish on Lake Okeechobee and it was the perfect base for the trip. The property is well-kept and has a great old Florida feel. Definitely recommend it!

Our experience with Christine and Cal's land was great! They were friendly and VERY good hosts. Our site was nice, clean and private. We had a very nice view of the sun setting, and the wind flowing thru the trees at night was calming. Im definitely returning to experience the other sites in the near future. The location is ideal—tucked away in a quiet area that allows you to relax, yet conveniently close to everything. It's just a short drive to the beach, and there are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The host, Chris, was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He also provided some great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Jonathan Dickinson State Park

Jonathan Dickinson State Park is Southeast Florida’s largest state park, so it’s the perfect starting point for Jupiter campers. Open year-round, the park sits right on the coast. After you check into your cabin or RV campsite, explore the Loxahatchee River by kayak or canoe. Or, set up your tent and take to the park’s terrain. You can meander the trails by hike, by bike, or by horse. 

Riverbed Park

Just west of Jupiter, Riverbed Park is home to the Loxahatchee River Battlefield Park. The site of the Second Seminole War, the battlefield represents both history and nature. You can rent kayaks and bikes to traverse the battlefield. If you’d rather hike, head further into Riverbed Park to a section of Florida’s Ocean to Lake trail. Before you check-in to your campsite, enjoy a meal at one of the park’s many picnic areas.

John D. MacArthur Beach State Park

Jupiter, Florida camping practically calls for a coastal campsite, where you can swim, stargaze, and stare at the sea. While you can’t camp directly at the John D. MacArthur Beach State Park, spend at least a day in the water before heading to your Jupiter tent or RV campsite. Grab your snorkel and fins, and you’re likely to spot unique species of plants and fish.
