PARKING Free parking for 2 cars. *Absolutely no on-street parking. The city will issue you fines directly. NOISE ORDINANCE Guests must adhere to the city wide noise ordinance which is applicable all hours or the day with quiet hours starting at 10 pm. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY No more than 6 people on premise at any given time. PETS Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing ahead of arrival. All pet waste must be picked up by guests and placed in the garbage bins provided in real time. WASTE We ask that guests sorts and roll bins to and from the curb in accordance with the city garbage ordinance.
