Welcome to Juanderland! A 25' twin Airstream Flying Cloud Seagrove Beach, on 30A!
Located in Seagrove off San Juan Ave, two blocks from the emerald waters of 30A. Wifi + shared pool access. Two adult guests max, additional kids ok. No pets allowed.
Location: Old Seagrove Beach, 1 mile east of the town of Seaside. 1/2 mile to deeded beach access.
Pool: Sports style, saltwater pool is shared by guests of the Casa de Juan properties that includes the tiny house, cottage, campsite and hosts. No pets allowed in pool area.
Pets: All pets must be preapproved at time of booking. No aggressive or aggressive breed dogs allowed. No nuisance animals allowed (dogs that bark excessively). We are in close quarters on small beach lots and we want all our guests and neighbors to enjoy their stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Must clean up after pets immediately. There are walking trails north and south of the campsite. Dogs must be permitted to be on the beaches in South Walton. Dogs are welcome outside at many restaurants. Fires: Self contained fires permitted on gravel pad only, leaving no mess.
Golf Carts: You can bring your own golf cart or rent one and have delivered to the site. Carts must be "street legal" to drive on the roads (tagged, have seat belts, operated by licensed driver, etc AND NOW HAVE TO HAVE THE WC SAFETY STICKER DISPLAYED IN FRONT WINDSHIELD which can be picked up at WCSO on the way in off of HWY 331). Located on the Choctawhatchee river, The Lazy River home is 1 mile up river from the bay and located just off of the big river. You are able to access the best of both worlds here including Crab Island, the fresh water springs and the big river.
Stay in the river and catch bass, bream and catfish or venture into the bay and catch redfish, trout and mullet. The home features a private concrete boat launch, dock, and boat lift in the brackish water canal behind the home for your boat. Enjoy accessing the home for your stay by water or land. Our favorite way to access is by boat- launching at the West Bay bridge in Panama City and running down the intracoastal waterway into the bay.
When accessing our property by vehicle, be prepared to drive 17 miles off of highway 79 with a 4 mile portion of that being a dirt road. We can not guarantee the condition of the dirt road portion of your drive for your stay, however the dirt road is graded weekly.
Enjoy the seclusion of this area while still being in close proximity to Panama City Beach and 30A.
Pier Park in Panama City Beach is where you can find the nearest grocery stores, shopping and restaurants in a 35-40 min drive from the home. Once you are here, its likely you will want to stay and not leave though so bring plenty of good meals to cook and enjoy!
The home features a private screened cookhouse with a wood burning grill, satellite TV and plenty of private parking for your vehicle and boat trailer.

Allison and her family were incredible hosts. We camped there with our 19ft camper. The site was immaculate and full hookups worked flawlessly. The pool was crystal clear and our children had a great time! Walking distance to the beach made multiple trips there nice and easy. We will definitely be back soon.

If you want to feel like a local with a quick step to the pool/backyard paradise, stay here. Great location with easy access to everything 30A including the beach a short walk away. Looking forward to a return trip! Thanks to our hosts for a lovely stay!
