Great time and nice resort with more amenities than some other resorts which were at comparable pricing. Pickleball courts to swimming pool available. Also, pool tables, ping pong, sewing classes and much more. Church services are available. The only negative we experienced was a couple area wide internet outages. All campsites were affected, but internet was still available in the resort’s activity room. . Enjoy.

This campsite was perfect for what we needed. Safe, clean and centrally located in Sugarloaf Key. Basic campsite with no views but we just drove to where we wanted to go! Last minute trip to the keys and reasonably priced for Key West area!

We loved our stay at Venture Out. The location can’t be beat. There are a lot of restaurants and a grocery store close by. We would recommend this location for your next Keys adventure.

Weekend Trip to Breezy Pines RV Resort

Made a last-minute booking here to extend our Keys stay by an extra day. They were quick to respond. Spacious & quiet, easy to access & had all we needed. Host was there for our arrival to guide us into place, after which we didn't see them again.

All of the facilities of the resort are available: a rec room, basketball courts, tennis courts, Pickleball courts(Pickleball club), access to the water for boating with a mooring area right behind the site. There are many organized, activities: welcoming clubs, breakfast on occasion, food carts on occasion, flea market, and a nice church meeting in the park. Note that dogs are to be walked outside of the park, to do their business there. It is not too long of a walk to get to the gate from the Little Palm by the sea site. Also, with the Wi-Fi unit Denise provides, there is great Wi-Fi connection. Our 26 foot trailer fit into the spot just fine.

We loved our time here! The host was open and made sure we were aware of rules and extra fees well in advance of our arrival! The spot is right on the water and close to all the amenities. We stayed with our puppies and had a blast! Can’t wait to come back

Sweet spot for vacationing. Our dogs were welcome and people were friendly ingeneral. We were happy they had a shower and laundry facility since we had an unexpected water pump failure. You could stay there and use all the activities and stay busy. Lots of people walking and using golf carts too. Quiet at night.

The lot just received pavers throughout the whole property which was a very nice to camp on and looked great ,view was amazing ,the whole park was just amazingly set up with everything. Favorite part about this particular lot is how it was nice and tucked in with privacy from both sides. Thank you, we'll definitely stay here again.

The location was gorgeous. I loved it. The pavers made everything so clean and easy to walk on, especially with dogs going into the camper. The entire neighborhood is so nice. I highly recommend this location. As a bonus, the hosts contacted me ahead of my stay to offer suggestions and answer questions. FYI- garbage is Thursday and Monday. Laundry requires the ShinePay app. So convenient and easy. I will miss this place!

This 2800 square foot lot is located in a very special resort with a 57 foot seawall to tie your boat up to, kayak off of, or just sit and enjoy your 180 degree unobstructed view of the ocean. Palm trees and tropical foliage separate the lot from neighbors. In fact, the lot has some shade and some sun on it all day long. From here you can explore the third largest coral reef in the world diving, snorkeling, fishing, and going to the the sandbar. You can also enjoy the pool, hot tub, tiki beach, and marina. Some of our favorite things to do are swimming with the dolphins, and para sailing 300 feet up so you can see the whole reef and wild life from above. This very special ocean front lot is available from May 1st-October 31st every year. Please be aware that there is a one time resort fee of $125 which covers all six people in your group. The resort limits six people per campsite. Each site can have one RV (solid sides only), 1 auto, 1 motorcycle, and one golf cart. There is room for boats on the 57 foot sea wall. You will pay $10 to park a trailer or extra vehicle in overflow parking. My wife and I live on the road in a 40 foot diesel pusher and we have never seen a nicer site than this one. Come for an amazing time in paradise.
