Our three "SWEET TUPELO" R.V. campsites are located on 12 riverfront acres in the northern Panhandle of Florida on the historic Apalachicola River. The name “Sweet Tupelo” is taken from the Tupelo tree that grows exclusively in the floodplains and sloughs along the Apalachicola River. Local bees make their honey with the pollen of these trees creating many unique health and taste benefits found only in this part of the world. When you venture back into civilization, make sure you pick up a jar of Tupelo honey. You won’t be disappointed!

The neighboring land became available and happily added another 40, I've learned so much on this amazing journey. 25K pines and a great deal of sweat equity later, it is time to share and encourage others to join in on the conservation efforts and make sure it's around for future generations.

On our farm we grow Christmas Tress, have 2 beautiful cypress ponds full of waterfowl and fish. Also there are green lanes and fields and if your lucky you can catch site or deer, turkeys, all sorts of birds maybe even a cute baby armadillo. In just over 45 minutes you can be playing on the beach in Panama City Beach, (world’s most beautiful beaches). Something a little different is just a few minutes away Falling Waters state park (Florida's tallest waterfall) and a swimming hole with walking trails. Speaking of swimming Ponce De Leon spring is big and beautiful clear blue hole spring to the west. Or go east to Marriana, about the same distance and you can visit Florida Caverns (Florida's only touring cave) with a beautiful spring with swimming, and hiking there too. We have guest also go to the Econfina Springs and canoe rental and spend a day floating the beautiful Ecofina River with 8 springs to visit on a days float. There are many State parks so close. If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security. All our RV sites have full hook ups with 15, 30, and 50 amp connections, great clean water and sewer at each site. So if you would enjoy visiting our beautiful getaway we would love to have you and we strive to show all our guest how much we appreciate them visiting. Private campsite in the middle of the city! My family and I were lucky enough to find a four acre urban forest less than two miles from FSU, the Florida Capitol and downtown Tallahassee. And just a mile from midtown! We are welcoming tent campers to come experience camping in an urban forest.
The camping area has a hot water shower and sink, and the main site (#76), is fully outfitted with fire ring, tent pad, fresh water, a picnic table and plenty of hammock trees!
The camp area has space for up to 6 tent campers and 2 cars. All sites share the shower and sink areas and a port-o-potty that is professionally cleaned weekly.
Sprinter style vans (UPDATE) - We successfully had a Sprinter Van on the site and have now started accepting booking for that style van. Due to limitations on space and clearance, we can only allow vans with a max of around 10 1/2' tall and 23' long. This is equivalent to a Sprinter 170. We can not fit RVs or extended wide bodies conversions.

On our farm we grow Christmas Tress, have 2 beautiful cypress ponds full of waterfowl and fish. Also there are green lanes and fields and if your lucky you can catch site or deer, turkeys, all sorts of birds maybe even a cute baby armadillo. In just over 45 minutes you can be playing on the beach in Panama City Beach, (world’s most beautiful beaches). Something a little different is just a few minutes away Falling Waters state park (Florida's tallest waterfall) and a swimming hole with walking trails. Speaking of swimming Ponce De Leon spring is big and beautiful clear blue hole spring to the west. Or go east to Marriana, about the same distance and you can visit Florida Caverns (Florida's only touring cave) with a beautiful spring with swimming, and hiking there too. We have guest also go to the Econfina Springs and canoe rental and spend a day floating the beautiful Ecofina River with 8 springs to visit on a days float. There are many State parks so close. If you want to go out to eat or socialize a local brewery and restaurants are very close and beautiful Alabama too! We are super easy to visit if you are coming from the north out of Dothan are on Interstate 10 we are just Located 1.4 miles North of Interstate right on Hwy 231. Easy access to the interstate, fuel and shopping. The farm is gated with a remote controlled gate for security. All our RV sites have full hook ups with 15, 30, and 50 amp connections, great clean water and sewer at each site. Private campsite in the middle of the city! My family and I were lucky enough to find a four acre urban forest less than two miles from FSU, the Florida Capitol and downtown Tallahassee. And just a mile from midtown! We are welcoming tent campers to come experience camping in an urban forest.
The camping area has a hot water shower and sink, and the main site (#76), is fully outfitted with fire ring, tent pad, fresh water, a picnic table and plenty of hammock trees!
The camp area has space for up to 6 tent campers and 2 cars. All sites share the shower and sink areas and a port-o-potty that is professionally cleaned weekly.
Sprinter style vans (UPDATE) - We successfully had a Sprinter Van on the site and have now started accepting booking for that style van. Due to limitations on space and clearance, we can only allow vans with a max of around 10 1/2' tall and 23' long. This is equivalent to a Sprinter 170. We can not fit RVs or extended wide bodies conversions.

5 nights at Seaforest Sanctuary "The Cottage"
The cottage was so absolutely perfect! Paula was an amazing host and thought of literally everything. My mom and I stayed for 5 nights and by the end we felt so recharged. Everything about the cottage was so thought out from the decor to the design of the sanctuary! The screened porch was favorite place to lay and listen to the waves crash every night! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to relax and recharge.

Wonderful site! We even played pickleball a little bit! I love that a water hose is provided. I went with a friend that booked a couple earlier nights and also was here in January as well. I met a wonderful neighbor down the street who gave us fresh grapefruit and eggs, such a wonderful surprise and very kind! Felt safe. Would be cool if there was stairs down the cliff but totally understand that would not be safe! The owner Glenn keeps it immaculate and in 100% working order. Recommended!

Second time here this year Love the place of course! Had a friend meet us us. She loved the place as well. She even was able to fish some. Plenty of sitting space and tables and an outdoor grill area too. Highly recommend! Definitely will be back for our third trip hopefully before summer comes! If you want more water view where you park and by the fire then the 3rd site probably has the most water viewing area. Definitely watch your pet near the cliffs!

It is a beautiful location! Plenty of room between sites...there was only 1 other site used while we were there. Very private...the only noise you will hear is the cow mooing "good night" from down the lane. The night sky is very impressive and you must sit by the fire pit and enjoy it. All the services are new and you have no problem hooking up. This would be a great place for a family vacation..especially if you could reserve all 3 spots. Will be on my list to come back to visit again.

Such a fun experience! We got to watch Elizabeth milk the cows and ask lots of questions. Purchased all kinds of homemade items in the farm store. The dogs were great company and came by for belly rubs and naps by our campfire. Very close to Florida Caverns State Park. Will definitely camp there again if we are in the area!

Maggie and Mike are spectacular hosts going to extra mile when you stay. They are musicians so I was fortunate enough to turn up when they had a concert on in their yard. The provided food and refreshments.
Very helpful and thoughtful people. We had great conversations about food and swapped a curry I made for some fresh honey from their hives.

What a lovely place to unwind! We stayed two nights and pretty much had the run of the place. We opted for full hook ups as we have been on the road for several days. We loved the proximity to the welcoming pole barn which had a gathering spot, FREE washer and dryer (tips encouraged), grill for use, and bath house with a spacious shower. Our dogs loved being off leash and we enjoyed the trails around the property. Be aware, if you have dogs with high prey drives or poor recall-be wary about being off leash as there are free roaming chickens. We appreciated Andrew's hospitality and he even offered us some free fresh eggs which we graciously accepted. The owner William was not on-site, but was very communicative over the app.
Only points to mention-if using the washer, you must set it to cold as it does not have hot water. Many of the presets will automatically choose a higher heat and it will seem like its working but then it will glitch and say "balancing." Just manually change to cold and you are all set! Also, the map indicates two water features, a creek and a spring. These paths were not as clear as we thought they might have been. We only found one of the two, and had to pass under a fallen tree to reach it. Hope that helps any other explorers!
