Also, you have a good chance of being alone. we usually only book 1 party at a time, Just message me to confirm. The property has enough lighting to completely light up the common area. There is also water and electric all over the property. There is a shooting range right outside of the property that is part of the forest. There is Blue Sink several miles away, it is a spring feed swimming hole that is deep enough for SCUBA. There is horse trails and OHV trails as well. This camp was a hunting camp and still has an huge animal cleaning station on the back side of the property, with water, drainage, power, lighting and all stainless steel sinks and counters. Come to play and explore or come to relax. Our camp is always (slowly)being Improved, you might see work in progress so be aware there may be a consolidated area that looks messy. This is a camp, everything gets dusty, and there are bugs. We keep the yard kept up and do what we can to limit bugs in the common area. I recommend a 4x4 although I don’t own one my self. The roads are usually decent, but the weather has a lot to do with roads in the forest.

Weekend Trip to Lakefront Downtown Orlando

My time at Lakefront Downtown Orlando was phenomenal! The hosts Julian and Jason were extremely friendly, and the space they provide is excellent. The house was perfectly clean, and had a nice kitchen to prepare some meals and chat a bit, a chilling living room to rest, a complete mosquito-proof swimming pool... And the designated camping/RV area was quite wide, plus the lake view (or even activities!) looked great. Besides all that, and very important for me, the place is within walking distance to Camping World Stadium (where the festival I was attending was held): a very cheap ride, or a ~30 min walk. You also have a Walmart across the road, very convenient. But above all, the ambient there was in the house with other RVs' and rooms' guests was super chill and friendly --in part I'm sure because of the great vibe of our festival, but also due to what Julian, Jason, and the house transmitted!

Beautiful piece of property and lots of trees. Tess and her sister Lisa and working very hard to make this a campers paradise. 🏕️ They just purchased the land a year ago. They are the best hostesses I've ever had and have thought of just about anything you could want or need for camping. They welcomed both dogs with open arms along with their dog Goliath!! The river for swimming, fishing, kayaking, etc is like a mile away. Easy access and fun!!

Such a beautiful piece of property. Well taken care of, clean, and safe for me and my dog. I will definitely be coming back. My hosts were attentive yet I had plenty of privacy. The barn space was beautifully done with a swing bed for napping, huge shower, and useful kitchen. Can’t recommend this place enough. I originally booked it because my usual campgrounds were full and so happy it worked out that way. River junction is less than two miles away so I enjoyed my own private beach on the river after my activities. Do yourself a favor and take a few days to stay here and enjoy nature with some lovely hosts with great energy.

My husband and I stayed here for our first RV trip and we loved it. Just one night while we drive up north. The place is super clean with beautiful plant gardens around each RV spot. The staff also welcomed us in the most friendly and professional way. We brought our two dogs and let them explore the dog park area too. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place to anyone else needing a nice place to stay for a night or many nights! :)

Weekend Trip to 5 J’s Camp

This campsite had all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. The location itself is beautiful and the hosts were some of the nicest people you can meet. Checked up on our group a few times to see if there was anything else they can do to ensure we had a pleasant time. The campsite itself is very generous with its space and the hut provided sufficient light that helped set up the tent at night when we got to the site. Lots of outlets and a decent sized fridge that we kept our food in to not attract animals. Shower is nothing to write home about, but it worked and the warm water felt nice after a long day of hiking around. The hosts provided us with lots of appliances that we were able to use to help heat up our coffee and food. Had a very nice couch area that we stayed around during the day. The firepit is pretty big and the hosts were gracious enough to leave us some wood ready for us to use when creating a fire. Overall 10/10 expierence, and will be returning sometime soon.

3 nights at Camp Margaritaville Auburndale

Very nice park. We had premium pull-thru site #94 which had a perfect view of the Bald Eagle Preserve where a family had a nest in a tall tree. We saw at least 4 Eagles in that tree regularly so that was wonderful. Several pools to choose from and plenty of food options as well. We had the pork nachos one afternoon and they were excellent! Friendly staff, very clean and well maintained park.

2 nights at Oak Hammock Resort

The location was awesome, we spent a day at Bok Tower, and afternoon naps on the hammocks overlooking the lake. Oh, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets over the beautiful lake. Our site was tight, but not a problem for us. Bath house was very nice.
