It's all the fun of camping with all the convenience of a hotel, whether you are camping as a couple or as a family. Each campsite can be rented as a single tent or family camping with two tents. both tents can be furnished with either 2 twin beds or 1 Queen bed. Message me ahead of time with your needs and I will set it up accordingly. All blankets and sheets are provided. Each tent has a mini fridge, Keurig which comes with a few kcups, cream and sugars to get you started. There is a 24" TV with Alexa firestick and DVD player. We have a large catalog of movies if you'd like to borrow them. There is a small breakfast table for 2 and a 3 drawer dresser that doubles as a night table with a lamp . There is an outlet on each side of the bed for charging phones Outside the tent your area has a gas grill and picnic table, a camp box which contains pots pans, cooking utensils, paper plates, cups and more. A campbox inventory list is posted in the pictures. There is a fire pit with adirondack chairs, sit by the fire and roast Marshmallows we provide everything you need for smores including the sticks. Bath towels and toiletries are provided there is a large shower with dressing room and a deluxe flushable Porta potty with a sink and paper towels on the property. You are welcome to walk the property sit and relax on one of the many benches or chairs or get a game of cornhole going. Guest access New for 2024, 6 person Hot tub and a level 2 EV charger free to all guests. Our Zen Den is stocked with snacks and groceries if you don't want to lug in the food it can be purchased here. There is a price list in the pictures so you can see what we offer. We had an amazing time! When we got there we were greeted by Jody & she was AMAZING! She helped us get settled in and made sure we knew that if there was anything we needed we could call her. The beds were incredibly comfortable, it downpoured so hard for most of the night and the dome was great! It didn’t let a single drop of rain in. There’s a wood stove in the dome and it was enough to keep us toasty warm even though it was in the low 30’s, they also provide tons of warm comfy blankets. There was plenty of wood chopped right outside the domes so if you run out it’s very close. We were able to go and help feed the herd and had the opportunity to give plenty of scratches! In the morning we booked the hike with the horses with Tatianna & Chris which was amazing! We were actually in the areas with the gorgeous herd and were able to get hands on again! I honestly could go on all night talking about how amazing it was but in my opinion the very best part of everything was the fact that every single cent that I spent while we were there went right back into caring for and maintaining the herd. When I was looking for a place to go that’s what sealed the deal and made the decision to pick this place very easy!! I highly HIGHLY recommend checking it out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

This site was perfect for us! We came with our dogs and they loved running around on the trails and in the fields - the site had a picnic table and cooking area, and we grabbed firewood, eggs, maple syrup and a few other goodies from the farm stand on the way in. David and his family were amazing hosts, checking in periodically to see if we needed anything to make our stay even more comfortable. We took advantage of the permanent tent at the site and our own tents, both were super fun - we will most definitely be back again, thank you David and family!

We overnighted here for my sons birthday fishing trip. 3x 13 year olds and dad. Jocelyn was an amazing host. Super friendly and approachable. The barn is a great place for cold nights and rain. It’s a great way to plan a camping trip without worrying about rain or weather. If you are into trout/small mouth fishing the Natchaug is right across the street and there are many many walks all around. Great location will definitely be back again!

To wake up and see the horses (and donkeys!) wandering right outside our dome was perfect, and getting to do the walk about with MacKenzie and learn about the horses and their background was so interesting. The dome was clean and cozy, with a little wood stove. We weathered a hurricane in October with no problems.

We had an amazing time at this campsite! Check-in was super easy, and the location is very secluded — it honestly felt like we were the only ones there, which made it extra peaceful. David’s secluded camp site was absolutely the best site I have stayed at ALL summer. Quiet, convenient, and just what I needed. The dogs were living their best life for the duration of our stay. What surprised me the most about the site was the lack of mosquitoes, flying knats and ants??!! Lots of big spiders, eating healthy! It was great to not smell of deet or citronella☺️ I highly recommend spending a few nights here, best decision I made😀thanx David!!!

🤩 Wow! Next time I’d like to explore these trails because it’s going to take a couple days. The property is huge. If you’re having guest not from the East Coast, I’d come here to have them visit to get the true taste of New England here.

Weekend Trip to Maple Corner Farm
The site here at Maple Corner Farm is truly a delight for people who like CAMPING. They were so accommodating when we arrived, helping us get well water onsite and providing a solar-heated shower bag for our use (and a plastic camp toilet). Although wood was available for purchase at the farm store, they gave us the OK to go looking for wood in the forest and burn anything we find on the ground - so we did, and had no issue finding logs, kindling, etc. to keep the fire going all weekend. The trails are a little overgrown, but anyone with long pants and bug spray will have no issue walking through the areas with taller grass/a few patches of low-to-the-ground ferns along the trails. The nearby campsite with a natural swimming hole was unoccupied so we got to dabble there a bit, and the meadow was huge and open - we set up a blanket and telescope at night for stargazing, and brought binoculars to birdwatch over the meadow during the day. We saw hawks, baby turkeys, ospreys, owls, and crows - along with a few frogs, monarch butterflies and some brave chipmunks. Altogether, it felt very safe yet remote, we were free to roam the farm, and had a super authentic camping experience. The mattresses and bunk bed in our canvas tent were a huge plus, as well as the shower attached to the outhouse. There is a military base and airport nearby so we saw some cool planes, fighter jets, and heard bombs at one point. We’ll be back and likely will rent both sites that border the meadow!

Weekend Trip to Glamping with the Wild Horses
MacKenzie’s wild horse sanctuary is a very special place! We had a great experience. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and kind. We learned a lot about their mission and had a lot of interaction with the horses. The glamping domes were very comfortable and nicely decorated. There was a grill by the communal campfire for cooking, but you will need to bring your own pots and pans, utensils, plates, etc. You should also bring your own drinking water. The terrain near the domes is rocky and uneven, so you should bring good shoes, even if you don’t plan on hiking. You have to walk for a little bit to get to the outhouse, but it is the nicest-looking and nicest-smelling outhouse you will ever see! If you love horses, put this place on the top of your list!
