Perfect stop while staying in the Colorado Springs area. Very clean property with easy access to the RV site. We stayed in the larger bay with our 33’ fifth wheel. Adriana and her husband were very good at communicating with us and made sure we were hooked up to their water. The setting is a nicely wooded area with deer and birds coming through on loud stay.

This was a great spot for the tail end of our trip as it was close/convenient for a quick morning drive to the airport! Andy was super kind and very responsive and helpful in getting us to the correct spot. He reached out in advance about our ETA and was willing to accommodate a late check in, which we didn’t end up needing, but the flexibility is appreciated! The campsite and portapotty was in pristine condition. The site included a patio table/chairs and little lights that stayed on through the night. Great stay for solo female travelers! Andy was so sweet and met me by the road to help me find the place. The spot felt secluded and private but also close enough to his home for comfort.
