Treehouse Magic is built around PAL an over 80+-year-old Ponderosa Pine. This wonderful space is magical in every way! Only 300 sq. feet with an almost 1100 sq. foot deck, including the covered gnome room. The upstairs bedroom is a full mattress (14" gel mattress). There is also a fold-out couch to sleep 1. The main level couch will fold down and become another bed platform. We provide a CordaRoys transformable chair, that unzips and becomes the bed topper (plus extra sheets, blankets and pillows). Some of the kid guests like to sleep in the Cabana room in the "pop-up" tent and cots! We provide a "smart movie projector" with built-in ROKU, for a movie night...The outdoor kitchen includes a PitBoss pellet smoker/grill, and propane griddle. The kitchen has a 2-burner gas stove and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a Nature's Head composting toilet... This Magical Treehouse and land were everything my family needed and more!! We could not have asked for a more pleasant and peaceful retreat! Marni gave us a rundown of the facilities, and we couldn't have imagined a better stay. From the whimsical hand-crafted beauty of the actual treehouse around "Pal", to the amenities (including games/fun, cooking utilities/supplies, Wi-Fi/TV accommodations and plenty of warmth and cozy blankets and pillows, even full working bathroom facilities), down to the quiet starlit nights including a fire pit on the patio to keep warm while star-gazing! My son especially loved visiting and interacting with the extremely affectionate and friendly free roaming animals we got to interact with and became especially fond of, even giving our own little names to each, as they greeted us kindly several times each day. Only complaint was that we couldn't afford a longer stay!.. as each of us were sad to leave and say goodbye to the relaxing and intimate natured feel of the place, and our very welcoming and accommodating hosts. We felt secure even in the peaceful darkness around us knowing the host's dogs were looking out for us into the night. We will definitely be returning next season for a longer stay if welcomed, as Marni/Frank were on call for any questions or needs, we had throughout the stay, and were exceptionally kind to us as well. Thank you for such a pleasant experience to get us "away from it all" and the delight of bringing nature closer! XOX

Staff was friendly and helpful, cabin was basic and comfortable. Good value for the money. The bathrooms were.. fine. Kids loved the pool which was an unexpected amenity. The arcade was filled with of classic arcade games but unfortunately many were out of service because, well, they were 30-40 years old. Lone Duck was comfortable, people were quiet and respectful, and overall completely adequate.

Such a beautiful property, sites are spread out plenty of walking trails and hiking in the area, including on the grounds. The cabin was well appointed with all the necessities. I suggest making sure you bring a garbage bag and any other things that you typically like to have at home to the cabin. Plenty of utensils, plates, bowls, spices, and other handy items. The half barrel fire pit was perfect for the evening campfires with s’mores there is also a corner store 6 miles away in Decker’s in case you forget anything. Everyone was friendly. We were able to play frisbee on the road in front of our campsite, which was a lot of fun. Very peaceful in the evenings starting around nine or 10 o’clock until morning time beautiful view of the sky. I recommend if you’re interested in a great camping spot with beautiful surroundings and scenery. Terri is a great host who is very informative with directions and accommodating. We’ll be back again!
