All our spots are drying camping ONLY. Picnic tables are available for use as well as a few firepits (during Fall/Winter season only). BBQ grills are allowed. Trash is to be packed out as it was packed in, we do offer a dumpster for your rubbish in front of the 2nd entrance, remember wildlife lives on the property and their safety is very important so we do request not to feed any animals or leave food out. We are so proud of our lil ranch and want all to experience a peaceful night/weekend/week away from the hustle and bustle of the everyday life. We also offer an animal experience, for an additional fee, if desired.

Cold Creek is a unique 112-acre property in the San Bernardino National Forest. Because of its location in a 3,200 foot elevation, it's colder than the Southern California deserts and warmer than the cold mountains above us. Our temperatures rarely exceed 90F and rarely drop below 40F. We have plenty sun and about two to three days of snow every winter. A year-around creek keeps everything green and fresh around the year. We are the second owners since 1913, and operate a small organic orchard on the property. We closed escrow on the property in October of 2016 and that November I was in the ER. I almost died. Spent my birthday and Thanksgiving in the hospital.Soon after that I quit my job at the CPA firm and started working from home. Still suffering from complications, that summer in June/July I ended up in the ER again. Even closer to death this time. Since then I've turned around my health. Focused on life on the farm. Raising my animals, my garden and creating a unique experience with the campers. We enjoyed the solitude and the views of the desert. There are so many stars at night. Although there is an RV with plenty of space the kitchen is not functional and you have a run a generator for lights at night. As long as you’re prepared for an indoor camping and outdoor cooking experience you will be fine.
