We are based in between the middle fork of the Yuba river right where it meets up with Oregon Creek. If you like a long walk it is 2.5 miles down the dirt road to Oregon Creek and the middle fork of the Yuba. Driving takes 5 to 10 mins. The other direction is the largest lake in our county Bullards Bar Reservoir and Emerald Cove Marina. We are 1 mile down Marysville Rd. from a launch called dark day. There is a trailhead at the top of overflow boat parking for a public swimming hole on the lake. On our property, we have a main house with its own private facilities such as a kitchen, shower, and bath. On the land, we have 9 total unique cabin and canvas tent structures converted into boutique-like campsites. We have an epic outdoor entertaining kitchen and patio with an outdoor pizza oven and a little dog rinse behind the outdoor shower. The bathhouse is right across the way and provides a private but shared guest shower house, tub and sink. Like anywhere in the woods there is an hour at sunset when you may have mosquitoes down near the sites in the spring and some of the summers depending on the year. We have a natural spray for that or fans in the kitchen. Off the path, you may find poison oak in the thick of the woods. So please stay on the marked trails.

The neighborhood of this area is also one of the more safer bike friendlier places, you can ride into town along the NID trails, or set up camp and head up the 20HWY less than 20 mins to enjoy Epic Mountain Biking Trails. Not only are we crafty, but also nature enthusiasts to feel free to reach out and ask about fun things to do here, if you are looking to stay busy exploring the nature. We also have a beautiful sunset hike that overlooks some beautiful views. Oracle Oak Grove has a wide variety of camping options. We have a camp grounds on the lower end of the property that currently hosts 4 different camp sites. the 3 May Pole zone, and 1 Faerie fields. There is one shared Bonfire zone that can be used for friends camping together during the spring and late fall months when we are not in fire season. We love hosting groups and birthday parties. Also individual campers as well. We have two yurts available if you are more into the Glamping experience or especially if camping in the winter. The Witches Hut and The Little Witch Hut! The Witches Hut which is larger and can fit a family of 3 or 4. This hut includes a patio, grill, and Private entrance. The Little Witch Hut is smaller and more suitable for a couple or a single person wanting some solo retreat time. This one has cooking amenities accessible in an outdoor kitchen just outside the yurt. This one also gets better access to the Starlink available on the property. This yurt has the compost toilet outside and is a less than minute walk to it. Both yurts have the ability to park fairly close to them and both are fully furnished. The Yurts are available for a higher expense than the camping of course. We are sorry to say that Hot tub season is now closed. We do have a wood-fired Cedar Hot tub, she is our Cauldron she is only available during winter and very early spring visits. I am sorry, but due to fire season and her being wood-fired she is not available outside hot tub season. If you are interested in the experience it requires advanced noticed as well as an extra charge for wood, cleaning, and tending. She is a labor of love, and such a unique experience. We have a beautiful 11 acre property, located just outside of historic Nevada City, with 2 camping sites. Each site is equipped with beautiful yurt style tents /w wood burning stoves. Each tent has 1 queen size bed, but can fit another blowup if needed and multiple sleeping bags. Big pine flat (camp site 1): Yurt style emperor tent, fits up to 12 people Manzanita (camp site): Yurt style bell tent, fits up to 8 people Surrounded by Historical Diggins, Malacoff State Park, Tahoe National Forest, and many rivers and lakes. There are many hiking trails, off-roading trails, and countless other recreational activities. There is a Local Organic market near by for those last minute needs. Come join us for a fun and relaxing stay!!!

12 nights at Tambo Ranch Tiny House Village

Spent just under two weeks in the Airstream as a solo traveler and it was perfect. Location was great - 5 minutes to things in Paradise, 20-30 minutes to things in Chico. Property was wonderful. Beautifully landscaped and tended. Lovely places to sit. Dogs and cats are friendly and chickens, sheep, and alpaca are fun to have around. The trailer was wonderful. Well appointed and nice to have the equivalent of a separate full-sized couch to hang out on while reading. Hosts were lovely. Very communicative, responsive, and welcoming. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The place is really cute and Josh and Valerie are VERY nice. The only thing for me was the smoke inside the tipee gave me a headache. I feel like this is more of a warmer weather place. Also i personally did not appreciate the neighbors dog roaming around but im not a dog person so there’s that, and it’s not like they can do anything about it anyway. Overall nice stay and nice hosts

Beautiful location! Tucked in the woods with a charming kitchen with a great bohemian feel. Owner was responsive and helpful with questions. Wish it was closer to me so I could go more often. Loved the hanging firepit. Would highly recommend

2 nights at Hilltop Acres Tipi Glamp Camp

Nice and quiet spot with everything you might need provided. The neighbors dog Abby greeted us every day and she was a sweetheart. The teepee was decked out in a comfy World Market boho vibe and even had a mini fridge. Oh and the sheets were the softest. Nice bathroom not far from the sight. If you are cooking at night by the bathroom, it's a bit dark. Just turn on the bathroom light and pull back the curtain, that will help. The teepee did have a smokey smell due to the fires inside, but I am sensitive to that kind of thing. Overall loved the place and would camp here again.

Weekend Trip to Sierra Sol Camp

The most unique hipcamp I've ever been! So much to do and so much to see, we had tons of fun! Main cabin is extremely comfty, equipped with everything you need. Deja is super friendly and flexible to our last min change, truly appreciate the flexibility. Oh, did I mention Deja's hipcamp is only 10 mins away from Oregon Creek? We spent whole day there it's so beautiful. It's perfect in every way, we will definitely come back.

2 nights at Tambo Ranch Tiny House Village

This was the perfect place to take a day or two and just relax. The tiny house had just enough kitchen that for a short stay you didn’t need to go out unless you wanted to. It was impressively efficient. I did bring a cooler because I like cold beverages, but the small fridge would be enough for the yogurts and cheese I brought with for my 2 night stay. I had a nice time playing with the kittens, Caspian the dog, (who dutifully slept on my porch) and exploring the property. The bed downstairs was very comfortable and it was nice falling asleep to the sounds of nature outside. 10/10 recommend!

Weekend Trip to Hilltop Acres Tipi Glamp Camp

I really enjoyed my stay at Josh and Valerie's tipi camp that I'm sure it wouldn't be our last. The place was very quiet and peaceful. My whole family had a very relaxing weekend and we all had fun at the farm tour. I also liked that it was less than 30 min drive to the river. The hosts are very nice and friendly.

1 night at Tambo Ranch Tiny House Village

We stayed at the Tiny House on our way home from a trip to the Portola area and the Feather River Canyon. The Tiny House, though tiny, has every thing you might need. Couch, desk, sink, stove, frig, bathroom, shower, heater/air conditioner and spacious loft bed. Everything functional and clean. Outdoor table and chairs outside with beautiful patio tree lighting available at night. We found a friendly dog under the front stairs in the morning and a wide variety of chickens to gaze at on the property. All good here.

I held my Bachelorette party at Sierra Sol and it was a glorious space for us. We had 20 people, all slept comfortably, plenty of beds and chairs. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and lawn the most. Deja's property had everything you'll need! Plenty of cups, plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc. The water tasted great. We loved the cold plunge tubs outside as well. The oregon creek day use area was a 10 minute drive. We met many of the folks who work on and care for the property and it is filled with love. Cannot wait to return! Thank you Sierra Sol

I came to get away from a busy city life and to celebrate opening a restaurant. This property allowed me to completely disconnect, center and ground myself. As much as a wanted to get away from people and the world I soon realized that what I needed was to meet some truly amazing people who aligned with my core values on nature and passion. Akhi, Borro and Aldo were beyond warm and welcoming to us. They made us feel like family and I soon looked forward to bumping into them. He mentions this place to be Shangri-La and that is spot on the most perfect description of our experience on their land. Surrounded by rugged nature and wildlife with a trail walk to crystal clear sanctuary of river full of adventure and exploration. I stumbled upon this site and now am making it my regular space to recharge.

Weekend Trip to Sierra Sol Camp

The Sierra Sol Camp is well located, close to the rivers and the Bullards Reservoir. The cabin room was clean and well maintained, and I especially enjoyed the outdoor shower. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything you need to prepare a nice meal. However, if the camp has medium to high occupancy, using it will require quite a bit of coordination. Signage around the property could be improved, as labeling for the different locations is not very clear. The arrival instructions also need updating: they currently say to park and go to the kitchen for instructions, but it isn’t obvious where to find them, and no staff were visible anywhere on the property. You’re left to figure things out on your own.

Really neat little ranch property with 3 cozy abodes to rent. The tiny cabin we stayed in was very clean and thoughtfully designed to maximize the space. It was very hot the weekend we visited so thankful for the AC unit which got our house down to comfortable within seconds! Our kids loved the chickens, sheep, and llama!. Downtown Chico is only 15-20 mins away and Oroville only 20-30, lots of options! Highly recommend!
